Had a little mixup with one of the phones we shipped out n Christian stayed after closing working on the issue and Austin completed the transaction the following day. “So I went in to buy a phone today, Mary made it an easy transaction and explained everything's that would take place in detail. But the reason I give 4 stars is mainly for Miguel and the acting manager at the time. A customer they were trying to help cursed them out with every word. That customer was slamming stuff on the counter and both tmobile reps kept their professionalism as he had his toddler tantrum due to the price of a phone. As an employed person myself, I would expect never to have to deal with some one constantly speaking to me like that. I had to hold my tongue. I wanted to tell the reps "DO NOT HELP HIM! HOW ARE U ASKING FOR HELP BY CURSING AND YELLING?" I don't like that the manager requires their employees to endure this type of behavior. As soon as that customer called them out their names, he should've been asked to leave. That protocol should really be a topic in your next meeting.”
“I to get info on how to have my screen replaced thru Assurrant. I was helped with info on how to start the process.
When i arrived at the store I was waited on quickly and was give an appointment pick up time which was very accurate. Arrived to pick up my phone once again greeted promptly. I needed a new screen cover which I bought and the gentleman installed it for me free of charge.
Overall a very pleasant experience”

“If you get the chance, ask for Oscar. While everyone there were exemplary employees, Oscar went above and beyond to help us prank my son for Christmas. Oscar has changed my view of salesmen. He’s old enough to clearly have pride in his store as well as his product, yet young enough to understand what the younger generation likes in a phone. He’s just about as far away from being rude and impersonal as an individual can be.
This store, the employees and the company as a whole, are miles ahead of T-Mobile’s customer service. I wish I’d switched over sooner. If AT&T doesn’t embrace this gentleman’s work ethics, another company will.”
