“i dunno why it took me so long to stop in here. i was just getting some stuff for a camping trip and they had everything i needed which was awesome. the girl at the register was super nice and helped me find a flashlight. prices are pretty much what you expect from a store like this but the convenience is key. definitely coming back next time im in town or passing through. its not fancy but it gets the job done and the people are friendly. just a solid spot for grabbing whatever you forgot.”
“I absolutely love this grocery store and now that I've moved an hour away I still drive a hour every Saturday to do my shopping here. I hope they never stop the guys that bag and help put the groceries in the truck of the car while you load the kids up”

“We tried a few different tacos and they were all absolutely perfect. Favorites were carne asada and al pastor. The green salsa was amazing!!! If we pass thru Glenwood again, we'll definitely be stopping for more tacos.”

“when a pack of visiting Texas ladies need a local store to fulfill an after dinner Sunday shopping desire, Dollar General to the rescue.
We were immediately greeted by the friendly store manager on duty, Jaden, who was not only efficient and kind but entertaining and friendly. We shopped the clearance and left with a smile.
This would be my favorite DG if I lived any closer. I wish I could say I'll be back soon but hopefully this manager gets promoted to train the Texas stores - they should all feel this welcoming and well tuned.”
