“Great cheap food, very country. I really enjoyed what we got to eat here — a shrimp basket with cajun fries and a chicken sandwich with regular fries. The workers were very helpful and friendly without being too much. They felt like real people not corporate automatons which is always great. Some good candy. If you’re nearby and hungry, go try it out. It might not be a traditional restaurant but the food is better than a lot of places”

“You wanna talk about small town charm‽ This place has it in spades!
I was in the area and got bad directions to the supposedly one other restaurant in the neighborhood. Found this place thankfully instead.
Front door used to be an automatic sliding door, now is manually operated. I asked them to suggest something. The recommended a burger, but asked for something that was wholly them. Ended up with the god's chicken sandwich, which for the curious is a fried chicken cutlet on a beef of kinda spicy jam topped with lettuce and tomato.
Not only was the sandwich out of this world, but a local dropped off a bunch of the biggest eggs you've ever seen! I asked how much they're selling em for, and they told me to just take em. I got 4 and an very excited about tomorrow's omelette.
Definitely don't miss this absolute gem of an establishment!”
