βI shopped this Aldi for the first time. The staff are super helpful. They have a good selection of produce, meats, and dairy. I like the housewares items and kids toys they offer, too. I will definitely be back.β

βI had a co-worker come to my aid yesterday. I locked my phone and keys in my car. I couldn't remember anyone phone numbers. It's the phone brain thing ! I spoke with Conner at the service desk and asked if he could call a UBER to take me to Greenwood to get my extra key and bring me back to Fort Smith. That didn't work. Conner said if I would wait 30 minutes, he would take me. He is a very exceptional young man! We had a nice visit on the ride. He refused to take any money or allow me to put gas in his car. Connor is a college student, and I would think a valuable employee for Harps!β
βThe produce is always very nice looking. The deli smells great and looks better. The pharmacy is the best. More variety on the 5 for 25 would be amazing. There never seems to be any hamburger meat.β

βWe were just at the Harps store in Fort Smith on September 29th 2025 around 5pm. I was overwhelmed by the Manager Shelly. She was so eager to answer our questions and help us out of towners from Arizona find exactly what we were looking for.β
βI was just in the store, the employees are very nice and friendly. My experience was a little different, I did not have my wallet and barely enough cash to pay, but a customer behind me, payed for my entire bill, he give the money back to my grandkids and said to split it evenly between the three of them. I would love to thank him again and the employee for everything.

βNew to the area. This place had the best price on regular gas, the inside of the store was clean. It says there is a Deli, but that was very lacking, especially since I was there at noon. The lady working, though, was absolutely awesome. I do wish they had more deals in the store.β
βNot quite like Publix in Florida but close. I just wish they had a bigger selection of boar's head lunch meats at our location. Very cute and well kept store. Clean and good produce selection.β
βUsed to call it shitgo in ohio because the gas was more water then gas and you'd see cars broke down daily around the gas station. Different story here, never had an issue.β
βWell organized, aisles are kept clear and plenty of boxes to use if you forget you bags and don't want to buy more at check out. There was only 1 lane open when I went to check out but they opened a second quickly and the line moved smoothly and quickly. Good prices.β

βThis supermarket is ideal for all your Hispanic food needs the store is clean they have everything you can think of that you would need at any other Big box store they are friendly and courteous I'm glad they're in my neighborhoodβ

βI go here because the are the only store that carries colore shot spray paint and primer in one and it's under $ 5.00 it is great stuff and can be used on any thing love it hope they kept it on the shelves.β
βStaff is very professional, fast, and friendly. But the electronic notification system is not good. (It just operates once a day, about noon. So you may have to wait 24 hours before receiving notification that Rx is ready to be picked up.)β
βDinner was awesome! Food was delicious. Staff and manager were super polite. They are under new management. If you had a negative experience in the past (like me) I would definitely recommend giving them another try.β
