“I want to give a shout out to the two women working closing on Sat. nite June 6th during the tornado warning. They were very protective of the customers and were willing to stay as long as needed for the all clear. One ran out with me in the downpour to help put my groceries in my SUV so I could make it home before the storms hit my town 30 miles away! I got unloaded at home and the tornado sirens started blaring!”
“It looks like an old country store from the outside and is filled with charm, helpful people, lots of vitamins and herbs, and plenty of provisions for the traveler. They are very knowledgeable about vitamins for vegans. They knew exactly where everything was in the store and had everything I asked for. I gave 4 stars because they carry non-vegan items, but they deserve 5 stars.”

“I had a co-worker come to my aid yesterday. I locked my phone and keys in my car. I couldn't remember anyone phone numbers. It's the phone brain thing ! I spoke with Conner at the service desk and asked if he could call a UBER to take me to Greenwood to get my extra key and bring me back to Fort Smith. That didn't work. Conner said if I would wait 30 minutes, he would take me. He is a very exceptional young man! We had a nice visit on the ride. He refused to take any money or allow me to put gas in his car. Connor is a college student, and I would think a valuable employee for Harps!”
“The produce is always very nice looking. The deli smells great and looks better. The pharmacy is the best. More variety on the 5 for 25 would be amazing. There never seems to be any hamburger meat.”
“Stopped by for the first time to get some sweet chili sauce. BIG mistake.
Instead of spending $10 I spent $50 (this trip).
This store has everything. Fresh fruit and vegetables, huge freezer section with beef, pork, chicken and sea food.
Their employees were also helpful with finding the items.”

“I was just in the store, the employees are very nice and friendly. My experience was a little different, I did not have my wallet and barely enough cash to pay, but a customer behind me, payed for my entire bill, he give the money back to my grandkids and said to split it evenly between the three of them. I would love to thank him again and the employee for everything.

“Well organized, aisles are kept clear and plenty of boxes to use if you forget you bags and don't want to buy more at check out. There was only 1 lane open when I went to check out but they opened a second quickly and the line moved smoothly and quickly. Good prices.”

“Staff is very professional, fast, and friendly. But the electronic notification system is not good. (It just operates once a day, about noon. So you may have to wait 24 hours before receiving notification that Rx is ready to be picked up.)”

“New to the area. This place had the best price on regular gas, the inside of the store was clean. It says there is a Deli, but that was very lacking, especially since I was there at noon. The lady working, though, was absolutely awesome. I do wish they had more deals in the store.”

“We are new to the area and happy that we have a Sam's Club 50 miles from our house. We have gone to this locations a few times. The staff have been very nice which is a nice change. The prices at Sam's are really good if you are looking for bulk items. The meat market is my favorite. We have bought a few briskets,tenderloin,bacon and rotisserie chickens. The store is very clean and kept up with. I also noticed they are really good on making sure there was no expired items on the shelf. We are looking forward to our next visit.”

“This location was very clean, lots of fall decor and trendy home decor. I was able to find what I needed very quickly even though this was my first time at this location. The cashier was very helpful to shoppers and was able to not only check out everyone quickly and efficiently, but also assist anyone needing help finding what they were looking for.”
