When she handled my upgrading of three different devices. Since then, she has handled multiple upgrades and Line additions to my account. Not Only does she recognize me when I come in, but we have watched our children grow up in the same community together graduate high school and even get through college.talking over paying for their own phone lines and getting yearly upgrades through her. If only every customer service agent that I have to deal with in life could be like Lana my life would be so much easier! Normally, with these reviews, there’s a 1 to 5 star rating.
