620 S East St, BentonWe stopped in at Scoopy’s Ice Cream and it was such a treat! I had the chocolate peanut butter and banana, and my husband had the triple chocolate with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce. Both were delicious, but I especially loved the banana ice cream...it was so fresh and creamy. The best part is that she makes it fresh when you order, and you can definitely taste it! The flavors are rich, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is so cool with all the cute ice cream signs. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Benton!

Blue Heaven Restaurant & Bar
15228 I-30, BentonWe made reservations for Sunday brunch at Blue Heaven. The parking lot is clean and well maintained. Signs the interior probably is too. The interior of the restaurant is clean and bright. Tables are spaced far enough apart to give room for chairs to easily slide in and away from the tables. The noise volume was low so a conversation could be held. Walls are adorned with original art. A fun one is of Blue Heaven restaurant in Key West. The waitstaff are friendly and knowledgeable of menu items. My husband and I each chose a hamburger with fried potatoes. Delicious!! I could only eat 1/2 of my burger it was so filling. Our son had waffles & chicken. Another delicious choice according to him. Our daughter in law had the breakfast burrito. She said it was very good and huge. She took 1/2 of it home. I'm looking forward to coming back to Benton so we can experience Blue Heaven again. Oh- and again in warm weather so we can dine in the backyard
