705 Lakeshore Drive, Hot SpringsMy 3 year old black lab (Lily) started going there about a year ago. We followed her groomer (Mary) there. Mary has groomed Lily for over 2 years. I explained to her about a bad experience Lily had at another groomer. Lily is a very happy, energetic, loving Lab. She loves to give kisses. When Mary informed me that she was now at this location I brought Lily to her. I was a little weary at first because the dogs were all in the grooming area playing. But Lily took right to it. Mary has been the only groomer taking care of her but I would gladly let any of the other groomers take care of her. They are all so nice and friendly. In fact they greet Lily before they greet me. 😊 I haven't been able to get Lily in for a good grooming in about 2 months but I'm hoping to be able to start her grooming again next month. Definitely give them a 5 star review.

She was matted and dirty from her face. I took her to Kelly and she got her looking young again!!!I couldn’t believe it!!! I had been told at Pet’s smart to pick her up because she had an accident and to never bring her back l, to get my own machine and cut her hair myself. My cousin has been taking her elderly poodle to Kelly for years and recommended her to me. I AM FOREVER GREATFUL! My dog looks so good and relaxed, can’t wait to bring my other dog!

It is a nice and clean place with plenty of inside and outside space for day care or boarding. My guy is more handsome than before with cute cut and happy to spend time at Blue Poodle. Little hard to find but definitely a gem in Hot Springs.

111 Temperance Hill Road, Hot SpringsOMG-Finding a good vet is super hard. Camp Barkansas is where I take my pooches for daycare. I called and they recommended this place. I was so impressed when I walked in. It was clean and well lit and the parking lot is flat which makes getting dogs in and out of the car really easy. My only complaint was a lady came in with a schnauzer that wouldn’t stop barking. It was so high pitched I was certain my ears were bleeding. I love this place and am super happy. 1525 Airport Road, Hot SpringsMy two wonderful cats needed help. They had some skin issues that I could not get rid of. I thought it was fleas or ticks but I was able to get rid of the fleas with shampoos and a flea trap. I hadn't seen a flea in over a year but the skin issues persisted on both cats. My Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital visit took only an hour total and Dr Ashley Stephens turned things around! She is absolutely brilliant, she's quick, she's incredibly good at what she does! Both cats received vaccines, steroid shot, antibiotic shot. I had fought this skin problem for so long using flea shampoos, anti-fungal shampoos, even cat-safe essential oils and skin cream. Nothing worked. So when I left the animal hospital with my cats I admit I felt a little teary-eyed, you know? Additionally, my cats came home NOT traumatized! Look, you know how difficult cats are but they handled them so well! My cat Sofi didn't even cry much at all. She cried more in the car going to the vet than she did in the office being given the shots. I think I heard 2-3 meows out of her when Dr Stephens gave her the shots and checked her skin. Incredible! Best money spend ever. <3

The ice in the drinks is the awesome crunchy ice. The bathrooms are spotless. You could see the care all of the staff takes and little details. Happy employees, welcoming vibe. Superb playlist.
