She was matted and dirty from her face. I took her to Kelly and she got her looking young again!!!I couldn’t believe it!!! I had been told at Pet’s smart to pick her up because she had an accident and to never bring her back l, to get my own machine and cut her hair myself. My cousin has been taking her elderly poodle to Kelly for years and recommended her to me. I AM FOREVER GREATFUL! My dog looks so good and relaxed, can’t wait to bring my other dog!

It is a nice and clean place with plenty of inside and outside space for day care or boarding. My guy is more handsome than before with cute cut and happy to spend time at Blue Poodle. Little hard to find but definitely a gem in Hot Springs.

He was literally dying and 2 days later he was back to his happy little self. Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital: Kessler Stephanie DVM
1525 Airport Rd, Hot SpringsMy two wonderful cats needed help. They had some skin issues that I could not get rid of. I thought it was fleas or ticks but I was able to get rid of the fleas with shampoos and a flea trap. I hadn't seen a flea in over a year but the skin issues persisted on both cats. My Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital visit took only an hour total and Dr Ashley Stephens turned things around! She is absolutely brilliant, she's quick, she's incredibly good at what she does! Both cats received vaccines, steroid shot, antibiotic shot. I had fought this skin problem for so long using flea shampoos, anti-fungal shampoos, even cat-safe essential oils and skin cream. Nothing worked. So when I left the animal hospital with my cats I admit I felt a little teary-eyed, you know? Additionally, my cats came home NOT traumatized! Look, you know how difficult cats are but they handled them so well! My cat Sofi didn't even cry much at all. She cried more in the car going to the vet than she did in the office being given the shots. I think I heard 2-3 meows out of her when Dr Stephens gave her the shots and checked her skin. Incredible! Best money spend ever. <3

The environment is wonderful for hanging out and visiting with friends or family, and also as a Tech workspace with plenty of power outlets, and different types of seating options. The owners are absolutely delightful, welcoming, and the restaurant and restrooms are spotless! The coffee bean roasterie is in a different part of the building mad is really cool. Overall, this was a great experience and we will be back next time we are in town. The positive vibe keeps you smiling all day! With gratitude!

This visit I had a vegetable omelette with raisin toast and coffee. My husband had the chocolate chip buckwheat pancakes.
It’s was all really good, as always. The grape jelly and apple butter are house made and are excellent.
The server we had was open, friendly, and efficient.
The Pancake Shop is on bathhouse row, and it’s summer, so it was very busy. But we were seated quickly and received our food quickly. A line was building up though as we were leaving.

We had the med with hot honey and beef and blue cheese with opera sauce. Amazing. Quality ingredients for sure. Specialty cocktail was like a cucumber Tom Collin’s - refreshing and great. The ice in the drinks is the awesome crunchy ice. The bathrooms are spotless. You could see the care all of the staff takes and little details. Happy employees, welcoming vibe. Superb playlist.
