The ladies who have taken care of both appointments & a walk-in have been very helpful & accommodating. I soo appreciate that they take appointments on Saturdays as I work 8-5 M-F which makes it impossible to get in any where else. I am super happy with the treatment of Nacho. He comes out wagging his tail and for the price, I am also as happy!

Dr. Windle quickly diagnosed him with an eye infection, and within a few doses of medicine, the eye was already looking better. We were seen quickly, treated with courtesy and professionalism, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. If I wind up retiring here, she will definitely be our vet!

110 Iniciador Way, Hot Springs VillageI can't say enough good things about Cafe Isabella. During our visit, I began choking, and Gavin, the owner, immediately jumped into action. Without hesitation, he ran outside with me and performed the Heimlich maneuver, literally helping save me from a terrifying situation. His quick thinking, calm demeanor, and willingness to help in an emergency showed the kind of person he truly is.
Beyond that incredible act, the food was great and the atmosphere was welcoming, but what I'll remember most is Gavin's selflessness and genuine concern for others. I'll always be grateful for what he did that day. If you're looking for a place run by someone who truly cares about people, Cafe Isabella is it. Thank you, Gavin—you'll never know how much your help meant to me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
