Michaela at this particular branch in downtown Bentonville went above and beyond, problem solving with me to find what I was looking for! “I have been at this bank for over 2 years. It is beyond exceptional!! Customer service is like no other. Super friendly and they are very accommodating. They offer Coffee, soda beverages, candy, and other snacks. Every time you come in. No hidden fees!! I have never been charged or had any money taken out for services. If I get money out of a different ATM or bank I get the charge fee back into my account. As long as I bring a receipt. This is really a one of a kind bank. I highly recommend them.”

“I have been with regions for several years and I won’t bank anywhere else . I recently had my account hacked and had a melt down . As soon as I got off work I went to my Bentonville branch and a gentleman by the name of Ben saw me immediately. He got right on his computer and told me exactly what to do after he handled everything on his end .This is the scariest thing to happen to me - someone taking your money . Iam elderly but young or old this is terrible. Iam just so thankful that Regions was there for me 100%and straightened everything out for me and got my account back in place .Thank you Regions- I will never bank anywhere else !!!”
