“I had a really great experience at Walmart! The store was clean, well-organized, and had such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the shopping experience even better.
One thing that really stood out to me was the person offering drink samples. They were incredibly kind and friendly and even gave me a drink for free, which was such a nice little surprise and made my visit even more enjoyable.
Overall, this Walmart had a really positive vibe. Everything felt clean and welcoming, and the friendly staff definitely made a difference. I really enjoyed my visit and would happily come back!”

“Walmart neighborhood Martz or small marks as I call them have been around for a long time. This one does a pretty good job. The fresh departments look good produce looked exceptional Dairy and the Maude Bakery look good everything in the store looked clean and fresh with a lot more selection than I expected but they have a very clientele so that accounts for some of that. Overall it looks good”
“Dollar General has a good mix of price points. It has some items as cheap as the major big box store and some as cheap as a dollar. They carry a variety of items too, from food, to housewares, to clothes. Handicap accessible”

“This is the closest Walmart to my home and I could not love that more. I am much happier getting to drive here then to a supercenter. Of course they dont have everything but that is to be expected when it is a smaller store. The associates is great and helpful. Usually has good shelf stock”

“I know it's a Walmart but this store is nice and easy to shop at. The store is laid out great and everything your looking for is easy to find. Great deli and a great selection of hamburger,steaks and pork and of course chicken. They also have a great selection of fish such as halibut n shrimp. Always great prices is why why like shopping here when I'm on this side of town. Always clean and friendly staff!!!!”
“I want to specifically recognize Tom, who helped me today during an age-verified purchase. I had my young daughter with me, and from the moment he greeted us, he was genuinely kind, present, and human — something that feels increasingly rare in large retail environments.
Tom didn’t just scan items; he made real conversation and treated us like people instead of a transaction. He acknowledged that I was clearly over 21 before I pulled my ID, which felt refreshingly normal in a system that’s become overly rigid and scripted.
Afterward, I overheard him being corrected about not following the exact “procedure.” While I understand that policies exist for a reason, moments like that highlight how easily experience, judgment, and genuine service can get overshadowed by checkboxes and compliance. When rules become detached from common sense, customers notice — and so do the good employees trying to do the right thing.
Tom was a bright spot in an otherwise automated, impersonal shopping experience. Please recognize and protect employees like him, because they represent the best of what customer service should be.”

“Now that we've unpacked in our Airbnb, I can come back to here to pick up the few things we need to stock up including some fresh bread, cheese and cream for coffee. The store is tidy and well stocked but there were still a couple of things I found to be missing. They have just about everything here that you would find in a supermarket including fresh produce, dairy, deli, bakery, frozen, fish and butcher. This store is quite tidy as it's located very close to the Walmart Home Office. [Review 2319 of 2024 - 378 in Arkansas - 23333 overall]”

“Went in to grab some sour cream but didn't see any in the fridge. I said something to their girl at the checkout like "I was hoping you had sour cream." She immediately said "Let me look in the back, we just received truck on Thursday..." She came back with sour cream! Not many people would have double checked after working a full day checking out groceries, but she did!! Thank you!!”

“I was there last week--Friday 9/11-- to pick up an order. After I was loaded up by a sweet, young, pretty girl, my car wouldn't start. A fellow customer, parked beside me, tried to jump the battery...to no avail. I then went to the WM auto department and a very nice man came out to take a look. To make a long story short, Norbert Hay, the auto technician who got my situation taken care of, was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. I ended up getting a new battery at a great price. I just want to highly commend Norbert and the team there in the auto department for doing such a good job and for putting up with me!”
“I recently moved to NWA from western Washington state and was running out of my essential medication while I tried to figure out health insurance and other things vital to someone like me with poor health. I called to have my prescriptions transferred over from the walmart pharmacies back at my old home. Emily was a great help. Delightful, answered all of my questions, provided me important information regarding which of my medications were out of refills/were having trouble being pulled and which ones could be filled, and was also pleasant to converse with while all of this was being done.”
“Ummm they seem to be out stuff constantly which is frustrating. There also seems to be home office people in the store constantly standing in groups which inconvenient when your trying to make a quick trip and they're isles.”
