“This is a small Mexican market. We were there yesterday, looking for pollo asado. Unfortunately, they were out. They did have a good variety of other meats to choose from, including marinated pork for tacos, which we ended up getting. They also had shrimp, and fish ceviche. The guy at the counter said he would marinate some chicken for me if I wanted, we just didn’t have time. We grabbed some limes and headed to the front counter. There we spied a refrigerator with a variety of tamales and salsas. We got chicken tamales, and a tub of tomatillo salsa. The girl at the counter warned us it was spicy. It was a perfection of garlic, spiciness and tomatillos. The pork was very tender and flavorful. And the tamales were well portioned with just the right amount of meat vs. masa. They tasted delicious and had a little kick. I am originally from California and a tough critic when it comes to Mexican food, which is my favorite. These guys do it right. The owners should be very proud. Not surprising that the girl at the counter of this family run business told us they have three markets, this one, one in Rogers and one in another NWA location I don’t recall at the moment. I highly recommend this market for anyone that enjoys authentic Mexican food you can take and grill at home.”

“We just love Harps. The fried chicken here is amazing. Very large selection of just about everything when it comes to food groceries. Great selections of meats and produce. It's fun for my wife and I to pop in and just shop around looking at the various selections and deciding what we'd like to make for dinner. The workers are super friendly, great grocery store. Prices are higher than Aldi or Walmart, but it offers a better experience as a whole if you're not super tight on your budget.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the shopping experience even better. One thing that really stood out to me was the person offering drink samples. They were incredibly kind and friendly and even gave me a drink for free, which was such a nice little surprise and made my visit even more enjoyable. “The only African food I ever had was Fufu in Chicago so when I drove by this place, I had to take a look. It's not a sit down restaurant but you can order and come pick it up. They also have frozen meals in the freezer. I bought some egusi fish soup that was in the freezer and bought some fufu mix. This is something you eat with your hand and it was good. I added some pics!”

“Walmart neighborhood Martz or small marks as I call them have been around for a long time. This one does a pretty good job. The fresh departments look good produce looked exceptional Dairy and the Maude Bakery look good everything in the store looked clean and fresh with a lot more selection than I expected but they have a very clientele so that accounts for some of that. Overall it looks good”

“Was in the store this am and had a roll of quarters (bank rolled BTW) and the young lady acted as though she could not take these. I needed to spend these as I had limited funds to buy some dog food and cough drops. She then said she could take them but would need to open and count. This drew unwanted attention, as there were 2 other people in line. I took the quarters and left. You need to consider how people are treated and not cause further embarrassment to them when they are literally broke. June 8, 2024”

“I like coming to this Walmart just because it's a superstore that has everything you could think of. I've noticed that this store has more to offer than the other superstore around. It's always well stocked and always nice and clean. They have a great selection of meats and a really nice deli. I usally look at there seasonings at each store and this one carries a great selection of dry rubs.”
Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions. Behind the scenes, the service leans on Walmart's store network and an algorithm that factors in order size, available drivers, and distance from the store.
Trader Joe's keeps adding stores, and shoppers keep showing up. The California grocer has marked nine more locations as "opening soon," pushing its expansion into new corners of the country. The grocer also took first place in the American Customer Satisfaction Index's 2026 supermarket rankings. It has held a spot near the top of that list for years.
Target is rolling out its most ambitious store overhaul in more than ten years, with plans to remodel over 130 locations and open 30 new stores across the country this year. The retailer is also putting money into supply chain technology upgrades to keep pace with how shoppers buy today.
Kroger is spending $112 million to build two new stores and renovate 15 existing locations across central and northwest Ohio. The company calls it a "record-breaking" commitment to the region. The two new Kroger Marketplace stores will rise in Canal Winchester and Delaware, Ohio, each costing roughly $30 million to build. Kroger broke ground on the Canal Winchester location on March 19 at the southeast corner of Diley Road and Greengate Boulevard. The 118,000-square-foot store is expected to open in late fall 2026 and will create around 250 jobs.
Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
