Got a nice upgrade from Thrifty econo car to a Hertz Camry. But you drop off the car about a third of a mile from the terminal. All the other car rental companies have a drop off point a few hundred feet from the terminal. Why must Hertz have their dropoff point so far away?

Very friendly service and easy to work with, I modified my rental time twice and they didn't question anything and just took care of me.

Had to rent a car for work to drive to Nebraska. The car had not been cleaned properly (see picture below). But it got me to where I wanna be so I can't complain too much.
