Bless this dear employee, who was the only one working on a busy Monday … There was a huge line and she didn’t get frustrated - was very efficient and very much appreciated. Fortunately, it seemed like all those waiting g were being nice. Thank you all.

Got a nice upgrade from Thrifty econo car to a Hertz Camry. But you drop off the car about a third of a mile from the terminal. All the other car rental companies have a drop off point a few hundred feet from the terminal. Why must Hertz have their dropoff point so far away?
