“What can I say it was BUSY BUSY BUSY, but it was tax-free back to school weekend. We took our grandson to get him some new shoes for school. The whole staff was so hopefully even though they were extremely busy that day. They made our trip so easy.”

“I visited Cole Haan on 7/14/25 and had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Brittney. I was looking for a professional work bag that could hold all my essentials. She guided me to a beautiful tan leather bag, at first, I was worried it might be too small, but after testing it out and checking the fit, it turned out to be perfect! What really stood out was Brittney’s patience and attentiveness. I walked in around 7:47 PM, just before closing (8:00pm), and she never made me feel rushed. She genuinely made sure I left satisfied, and that level of service speaks volumes. Thank you, Brittney!”
“This store is so great!! My son and I went in for a suit and walked out completely ready for the event within half an hour. Jessica was absolutely amazing! She helped us so much! I cried a little when seeing my son and she gave me a little smile and said “it’s ok mama”. Things like that go such a long way in customer service. The suit itself is perfect and great quality. “UPDATE 2: 10/15 — It has been 3 weeks since the exchange and I am back to having 1 of the pairs having memory foam loss. 2nd pair, same style , same issue in the same locations inside the shoe.
I called and spoke to Amber again, we decided to not get that style anymore due to defects. I will update again after I go over and exchange for a different style.
UPDATE 1: Amber was so awesome, I could not asked for better Customer Service. I went to the Outlets here in Little Rock and Amber exchanged the 2 defective pairs for 2 brand new pairs. We will see how the shoes hold up. KUDOS to Amber. Thank you for being such a pleasure to work with. I appreciate you and the staff. I will update this post again in 2 months.
Shoes have terrible quality. Less than 2 months owning 3 pairs 2 of the 3 have pairs have pieces coming off the insole. I will never buy another pair again. I suggest people DO NOT BUY SKETCHERS. AGAIN DO NOT BUY SKETCHERS. TERRIBLE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
“I just wanted to compliment Christian, a sales associate at the Bass Pro Pkwy location. He is the friendliest, most helpful young man!Went shopping for school clothes with my son last week and he helped us. He was wonderful that day!Today, took my daughter school clothes shopping and the minute we walked in the store, he greeted us with a smile and "how can I help you today?" Before I could even answer, he said "you don't remember me, do you?" As he was walking towards us, I stated I did remember him from last week and he gave me a big hug because he said "we are like family."Christian just put the biggest smile on my face because of his true care and concern....don't find that much with customer service these days, unfortunately.We started browsing and he checked on us frequently, all while he was helping other customers.When we were checking out, he explained how he actually remembered us from last year when we were school clothes shopping then. Truly amazing, I absolutely remember him from last summer as well!I was so bummed to hear that he will be leaving; although excited to hear that he is going off to college! “Visited this athletic apparel store during a trip to the Little Rock area. The store was clean, well-stocked, and the staff we encountered were all friendly. The store does offer some good prices on the apparel and footwear that they offer and you can get additional discounts and earn rewards by signing up with Under Armour and using the app. It is smaller than some other locations I have visited but they still have the same sections of the store. Not a bad place to get athletic apparel.”

“I liked this store it was convenient location for me while i was looking for a outfit needing to get my manicure eye brows arched pick up a few miscellaneous items from the hair store a few snacks from the store getting some gas for my car oh and paying my phone bill all while needeing some shoes for a night out on the town with my husband. I only had 2 hours before our date started. So to walk in the door and spot my shoes just to discover they didn't have my size was disappointing lol but if they had my size would have been EVERYTHING! Very convenient location like a one STOP parking lot... Staff was helpful kinda of bland but overall they was their ;)”

“I did not have an issue, my sister did. The one in Little Rock on Otter Creek gave her a hard time returning a shoe an day manager had approved for return. She went back later that evening to pick up the correct shoe and was given a hard time.I called another location, explained my sisters situation, and she said she could come right on in and exchange the shoe. She did not have the shoe for weeks. She literally purchased the she the day before and only wanted to exchange for a bigger size.Thank you to the other location!!”
“The Citygear sale representative knew what I needed and was very helpful on all the clothing prices that I bought, I ordered a pair of Nike zoom vomero GK green size 13 on April 13 and still haven't received my shoes have talked to three different customers service representative and got nothing solved that's been over 15 days ago they claim they shipped my shoes from FedEx they say the missed me on the 23rd and I was in front of the house washing a car a FedEx driver stopped a few houses down and dropped off a package and kept going and still no shoes what do I need to do to get my shoes or get a refund very disappointed in Citygear because I ordered a pair of pink vemro size 13 and they was delivered by FedEx, I don't understand why my ordere haven't been received but it said they been shipped I'm tired of waiting for my shoes need to talk to a manager know!!!!”
“Love this store! These shoes were 10$ off. They have amazing brands at great prices. They carry some Birkenstock clogs, Cole Haan men’s shoes cheaper than the Cole Haan outlet store. The selection is hit and miss on these brands. I’ll definitely be checking this store out in the future.”
