“Great customer service! I arrived 20 minutes after they had closed. My phone wasn’t charging and I had to have it for work the next day. Mr. Terry opened the door as I was getting to my truck, asked if he could help, invited me in and promptly fixed my issue.

It’s a pleasure doing business there…as of this moment my biz is not complete bc Verizon Customer Service and credit app dept have turned me down bc of my address bc I have moved and had I not done it online I wouldn’t even have needed all the things for ID only needed my ID if I had just went on to the store instead but I didn’t so they cancelled my order for iPhone 17 Pro Max and let me walk out but I am still trying to fix the issue so that I can go to Verizon”
