“Could not of had a better experience. I was switching my phone and my son’s phone from another provider I’d been with 20+ years. So there was some hassle getting things moved over and on to the new 15s we just bought.(from a different AT&T store) But they sat there with us made us feel like they were on our team fighting with us instead of against us. We all were even cracking jokes. I told my son when we left in my experience that store and those guys were the exception not the rule, in my experience. But if you loose faith in the cell phone world. Go to the AT&T store in the Ville’ and your faith will be renewed.”

“Candy at the Pike Metro store was so wonderful. Before I went to the store I was so frustrated and depressed, because I couldn't get into my old phone to get my photos. I tried everything and still could not get in it. When I went to the store I talk to Candy and told her what was going on, she said she would try to help, but she wasn't sure if she could do it. She did it she got into my phone and I got my photos back. She's a miracle worker to me! I can't thank her enough!? I have been with Metro for a very long time and I always go to the same store. All the people at the store are really friendly and always very helpful. If you like good service then this is the store to go to.”

“Went in with a billing problem. Krystal helped me with customer service as I am hearing impaired and have trouble even with my hearing aids in. I was very pleased with her help and patience. I hope to be able to come back around the 13th or 14th of September to upgrade and possibly buy an Android pad. I highly recommend her and anyone she trains to give great servoce. “My husband and I went to several other phone carriers before Verizon in hopes of starting a new plan and none of them could help! We went to Jacksonville Verizon and Fisher was absolutely amazing! He was very helpful & kind! We spent about 3 hours in there trying to figure everything out and ended up staying past close but he never rushed us once! He was so patient, answered all of our questions and informed us of ALL of our options not just ones that benefited himself. He was the only associate in the store & dealt with us and 4 other customers by himself! All of us leaving more than satisfied! Shout out to fisher!!”

He definitely has the type of customer care service that he leads by example of how one should be with a customer. Going forward, I won't go to any other location unless he is the representative that will assist me.
