This Verizon store in Cabot is straight up awesome! Specifically hunter and a really nice pretty blonde gal. They were wonderful help with my elderly grandmother wanting a new phone and iPad. Greatest employees ever!

Customer service is dead! I have been sitting here in the showroom from 10:49 - 11:14 without one single mention or acknowledgement. Wow! Let's see how long they wait to say hi. To be clear, there are 2 techs with a customer each, still nothing.
