“We used to use Walgreens and we took a chance with Heartland RX because Walgreens standard of care was lacking and they were taking too long to get what my wife needed even though it was time sensitive.
When you call Heartland RX, they answer the phone every time. No annoying automations. Without ever being a customer, they helped me find what we needed and put in an order for us before we could get a prescription sent over by the doctor.

“Walmart neighborhood Martz or small marks as I call them have been around for a long time. This one does a pretty good job. The fresh departments look good produce looked exceptional Dairy and the Maude Bakery look good everything in the store looked clean and fresh with a lot more selection than I expected but they have a very clientele so that accounts for some of that. Overall it looks good”

“I want to specifically recognize Tom, who helped me today during an age-verified purchase. I had my young daughter with me, and from the moment he greeted us, he was genuinely kind, present, and human — something that feels increasingly rare in large retail environments.
Tom didn’t just scan items; he made real conversation and treated us like people instead of a transaction. He acknowledged that I was clearly over 21 before I pulled my ID, which felt refreshingly normal in a system that’s become overly rigid and scripted.
Afterward, I overheard him being corrected about not following the exact “procedure.” While I understand that policies exist for a reason, moments like that highlight how easily experience, judgment, and genuine service can get overshadowed by checkboxes and compliance. When rules become detached from common sense, customers notice — and so do the good employees trying to do the right thing.
Tom was a bright spot in an otherwise automated, impersonal shopping experience. Please recognize and protect employees like him, because they represent the best of what customer service should be.”
“Last week I had my first infusion ever. I was in horrible pain walking in and was dreading sitting there for an hour. The pain calmed down and it ended up being okay. The massage chair was nice esp since I was hurting. They provided drinks and small snacks if I wanted. And offered to adjust the room temp to my liking. After the infusion was over the lady doing it spent a good 15 mins talking to me about my condition and that felt above and beyond. She was lovely and I was glad to know ill be not just going to get the infusions alone but I'll be seeing the same person each time making comfort much easier to achieve. The only thing I would suggest for patients is maybe a sound machine providing some quiet relaxing zen like music. But that's just an idea thats the only thing I imagined being nice to have while I was there. But I was in pain and probably needing to calm down more than most. And it's not a hotel or anything so I understand it not being realistic to provide ppl with things that aren't necessary. All in all tho I'm super satisfied with my experience. Especially bc of the woman (wish I could remember ner name) taking care of me. Good job taking care properly plus adding personal conversation that makes a difference. Looking forward to my next visit. It's almost a nice little break from life for an hour.”

“I went to CVS for years, my prescriptions always took days to fill, always! I finally got fed up and moved all my prescriptions to Walgreens, wow, was that a mistake. They were even worse, I didn't think that was possible. I always drove by Heartland but for some reason I never considered them. I went in for some dental work and they needed to call in a couple of prescriptions, I voiced my concern about the delay in gettingthem filled, they recommended Heartland so I said OK. I called them as I was leaving, they said my prescription would be ready in 10 minutes, so I drove straight there. It was just down the street so I anticipated having to wait awhile. I walk through the door, gave them my info and it was already ready, I couldn't believe it. The following day I anxiously called and moved all of our prescriptions to Heartland. It has been close to two years now and they have never disappointed me. Always fast, they send me a text when they are ready for pickup, they are always pleasant. They call when I am out of refills and sometimes I do have to follow up with my doctor but I am confident my doctors office is the one dropping the ball not them. I would not entertain moving our prescriptions for any reason, they are lightyears better than anyone around.”

“I love Walgreens photo. I use them all the time for my own art to get on canvas and wood, I use it for generated images, I use it for family photos. I would say half of all the artwork I have put together hanging in my home comes from Walgreens photo. They are quick, and professional. In my last order they ran out of the panels I ordered and just gave me the next style for free so I could still get my images same day. This usually would be like a 15% charge difference.”
“This place is a bit addictive. Sam's Club is just fun to walk around, and so to have the card only makes it easier to get your bulk shopping done in one place! Sam's Credit Card offers a decent limit and I like the rewards program it offers! Those points add up quickly!”
“Had to buy 20 bags of ice in a pinch and I didn't feel like going too far out of Bella Vista. Stopped by Walgreens to see if they even sold ice and was surprised to find they do! Only 5 bags were available in the freezer (which is completely understandable given the size of the store) but again I needed 20. As I pushed my shopping cart of 5 bags up to the register, the manager noticed me and asked if I needed any more. To my surprise not only did they have more, but he stopped what he was doing, got a large push cart, and loaded up the remaining 15 bags I needed. After I checked out, the manager brought the bags out to my car and helped me load them in the back- a full service Walgreens! All in all, I was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. Thank you!”

Unlike another large pharmacy that I will never go to again (CVS on Walnut), I have never been turned away for a vaccine, the pharmacist and the techs are polite, and they always make time to help me with my needs no matter how busy they are. “We used this pharmacy for ourselves but all the time more than once a month for my sick mother whom I took care of for 3 years total 2 years using collier pharmacy. She was on hospice for 2 years with late stage early onset alzheimers. I loved the family feel of this place. They were always quick and so helpful. Dave delivered our meds, and he is seriously one of the sweetest human beings I have ever met. I was just a huge fan of this pharmacy. I highly recommend it!”
