“Have banked here for many years - it just doesn't get better than Arvest, IMO.
Plus, I'm an old fart. At 72, I've lived and banked in about 16 states. Not one other bank even holds a candle to Arvest! You welcome and treat us all with graciousness and utmost courtesy - consistently over the years.
Our teller this time was Heather who handled our issues so graciously. I asked how could the Arvest treatment of customers could be and remain so excellent.
She introduced me to a manager, Britney, who was equally wonderful. I'm just so delighted I had to do something to share it, thus this review. THANK YOU, ARVEST.”
