“We absolutely loved our vacation at Riverview resort. We have several little boys with us and we came to go trout fishing. It was a beautiful property and we had great luck catching trout from the riverfront behind the cabin. It’s about a 200 yard walk down to the river, but they have a little dirt road so we just drove our truck down to the riverfront every day that we wanted to fish. They have a beautiful swimming pool with a solar cover so it stayed pretty warm, even though the temperature outside was cool. There is a precious deer that lives on the property, he looks like he was hit by a car, but he is as sweet as he can be, and he will let the kids pet him and we fed him some fruit. That is a memory they will never forget. They have a beautiful pavilion by the pool with a fireplace so we were able to do a cookout on their Blackstone grill every night and we spent our evening visiting under the pavilion and playing games. Friday night they had pizza and live music. The pizza was fantastic! It is homemade pizza. We ordered the Detroit style deep dish and it was some of the best crust I’ve ever had! Absolutely worth the price. The little general store on property is a really neat little store. My kids loved shopping for candy and fishing lures. The prices were excellent. Not what you expect from a little general store! We ate breakfast at the café in the mornings and it was fantastic food. And they have a coffee machine that grinds the beans fresh. And above all the thing that’s stuck out to all of us was how friendly the staff was. Every person we visited with was so friendly. They have a little ring on a string game inside the general store that we had fun playing.
They are in the process of updating the cabins. We stayed in an older cabin, which was definitely ready to get updated. But the price is right. Some of our family stayed in a freshly renovated cabin, which was beautiful! We will be looking forward to coming back here every year.”
“I got a four pack mixed variety pistachios some of the best nuts that I’ve ever had in my life. These nuts come in fresh from California and are definitely the best in Eureka Springs and probably some of the best you can get in Arkansas.”
“Bill is so lovely. We bought a bunch at the store but he spoiled us for conversation and goodies, too. I hope he’s around for our next roadtrip! The store is stocked full of fun goodies and delicious treats. Well worth a stop!”
“It's like an old time general store. Like just basic needs and a little bit of non perishables. And a few drinks and some OTC meds. Over would totally recommend it to others even if the prices aren't super discounted or anything the convenience of not having to go to far is nice”
“Harts really saved my bacon when I was caught without a store open late to get toiletries while on a trip to Eureka. I loved their selections and I loved how helpful their staff was.
It’s rare to find a truly family owned and run store in today’s market and reminded me of my small town grocery store in my hometown. I definitely will be back in future trips to eureka.”
“Stopped in from out of town employees very friendly even the customers were friendly and helpful since it was our first time in Eureka Springs, We had lots of questions Awesome people.”
“Gotta look to find different things...an those days you just need to get out for a bit and don't have much or don't want to spend much try these stores...easy way to get steps in with ad weather”
“Great natural grocery store. I love coming every time I am in town. I appreciate so much about this store from the coffee to the soup! Save money and go grab a cup 'o Joe from the market on the mornings instead of spending $8 on a drink! You can sit outside and even get refills for $2. Lots of produce, sales, and just good vibes. Many blessings for many years to come as a community staple”
