And can only assume that those negative experiences posted here are problems related to those particular customers and not the store employees and products. I personally will go out of my way to buy or get service from the hardware store instead of other larger businesses because the service has always been better here.”
“Crossover hardware is awesome! I have been going there for years. As they use to be true value they are now independent and it has only gotten better. Never fails for the convenience, prices, hours and inventory i look there before going anywhere else.

He was extremely courteous and helpful. Made great suggestions, helped trim the tree, wheeled it out to my vehicle and helped me tie and secure it! “ETA: This store is still going strong in the customer service department, ten years later. I can buy almost everything they offer somewhere else, but I go here because I know I'll get competent, friendly help. Recently, Laurel in paint has gone WAY above and beyond, in addition to being wildly familiar with paint products, their behavior under various conditions, applications, etc. A+++++. This Home Depot on Joyce in Fayetteville has some of the best customer service of any store I have ever been to. We have been doing a major remodel, and the people in this store go out of their way to be friendly, attentive, and helpful. Art (flooring,) Aimee and Paul (paint,) Gina Doss and Teri (customer service,) and everyone else in this store are outstanding! We have never had any problems with our numerous purchases, special orders and returns. It is like night and day compared to the Lowe's that is closer to our house. I cannot say enough about how much these people have helped us. THANK YOU.”

“This is for the HVAC side.Highly recommend.I'm a homeowner and do almost all my own construction contractor work.Their prices are more than reasonable and they didn't treat me like other businesses that obviously prefer licensed contractors projecting an obvious annoyance toward the Joe Smoe homeowner.I needed quality heavy guage drive cleat and standing S cleat. They had it in 26 guage. Their tools appear to be all high quality as well.BTW, Big Box stocks 30 guage and most their competitors stock mostly 30 guage and some 28 guage.I live 2 minutes from Ferguson Plumbing and I'll drive 30 minutes each way to be treated like a human being and for better quality at great prices.I'll try to do my business with this business during the non peak hours so as to not create a stressful jaugernot.Again, highly recommend.”

“Honestly, this is an above average Walmart EXCEPT FOR THE EMPLOYEES WHICH WERE HORRID AND RUDE. But the shelves are well-stocked, the store was clean, and I've realized this is because this is one of the flagship stores, being so close to the home office. I did find everything I needed though”
“Just picking up an order placed online, nice and organized parking and notification system... just tapped my phone to let them know I was there. It didn't take long at all to receive my order, but our car was green, and there were only options for white, black, gray, silver, red, and blue... seems to me that gray and silver are redundant, and green is common enough that it should be on there.”
“After looking at carpet for our home for nearly a year I stopped by Meek’s in Springdale after seeing a sign for flooring.I spoke with Chris and Steve, to find out what carpet would fit ours needs best. Both were extremely pleasant and helpful .I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I was also able to purchase a higher quality carpet and pad below our budgeted price.
