“purchased a washer dryer set almost a month ago the end of 2021. received the wrong set. have spoken to Mike R & Mike Rutledge, the manager, Jared-he tried- & Austin without any help. I still have the wrong set almost 1 month later & now they want to recharge me $1600 to actually receive the correct item, after being blown off 4 different times of them saying they would deliver the correct items. they also want to charge me $79 to come & pick up the wrong items. Mike Rutledges boss needs to know how ridiculous, difficult & negligent this company & process has been. Highly disappointing & feeling stuck. hHow do I trust they'll refund my money in a timely manner? since getting the correct product seems to be too difficult to ask... #homedepot”
“Jessica at the return department, was not only kind and professional, she was understanding of my situation and completely rectified the issue, which I had made at the self checkout.
I inadvertently swiped the same product twice. After reviewing the video she was able to refund me.

“Randall was able to offer us a much better presentation of what flooring options available today than anyone else in the area. We were able to factor in real differences in quality, longevity, durability, value and the selection is pretty vast. We went with a maple hardwood that wasn't available anywhere else. Randall personally followed up with arrival time and install information so we never had to worry or follow up ourselves. We appreciated that as we have busy lives ourselves. Thank you!”
