“I went there for $5.00 worth of gas and Penny was working the cash register. I politely asked for $5.00 worth of gas on pump 6 and after repeating my request for confirmation she proceeded to take the $20.00 dollar bill I was paying with and put it in the cash drawer and handed me a receipt for the code that has to be entered into the pump with a shove-off expression. So I told her no I just wanted $5.00 as she excused herself by saying that she didn't hear me. I myself have a hearing disability but I knew that this wasn't the case because I heard her repeat my request. However her idea of correcting this situation was to void out the original purchase and instead of making a new entry for the $5.00 that I originally asked for she handed me back the $20.00 and told me to go somewhere else. I've worked for the university of Arkansas for 14 years and I still manage to keep a friendly in spite of the many frustrations that needs to be dealt with but I have never seen anyone with this kind of blatant rudeness. I will never step foot in that store ever again.”
“Enjoyed our visit with the owners! They gave us a map and circled places for us to visit! Shop is just what it says, having a little bit of everything… a deli, sandwiches made while you wait. Touristy items, candy and fudge, Tshirts, small decor pieces. Love this place!!!”

But rather than provide the bare minimum of what is required, did the job effortlessly and with excellence. “Stopped by on a bike ride today to get some food because it was so hot, and I was losing energy. The cashier was super nice to me, and even offered to buy me a cold water, as I was visibly very hot and dehydrated. Don’t know what the guys name was, but he deserves to be praised for his kindness.”

“Excellent experience - as a new customer, I was able to verify the prescription had been received over their automated phone system. I also left a voicemail with a question. They called back within 20 minutes to answer the question and to make sure the prescription was in stock before I made the trip over. The person I talked with was professional, friendly, and very helpful.”
“I find the staff at the pharmacy easy to reach on the phone and very helpful. They follow up if I am late renewing a prescription and are quick to contact my doctor and/or insurance whenever necessary.”
