I went to this store for the first time; which was to use my first upgrade purchase for a newer phone. The guy there; whose name I forgot now, was very knowledgeable and went patiently through the slightly more difficult process of getting my data and contents switched over from LG to my new Motorola.
So far, so good. I am hitting a few bumps with trying to get used to all of the extra Google garbage and Moto junk, but I'll get that all on a leash and in my control before it's time to disable them.
I recommend this store and Metro services.

“I'm a bit late posting this review but about a month ago we took an iPhone that had been run over by a forklift to the guys at New Wave and they had it repaired and fully functioning in 30 minutes. They were friendly and worked quickly. They will definitely be our go to from here on!”

Honestly yrs ago, I wanted to dump ya'll cuz of what one of your female techs did to me in the Rogers store. And I vowed to never set foot in an AT&T store again, and I haven't, until yesterday. I didn't want to, but I'm glad my son-in-law talked me into going to the Fayetteville store.

“Elijah was so helpful. This is the first time I’ve ever had a good experience at a phone company. This Verizon really took care of me. Elijah actually treated my like a person and not a dollar sign. Walked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
