The only issue I've ever had with this store is that sometimes there will only be one cashier working and the line will get four plus people deep and it takes the person that's supposed to cover the front at least 15 minutes before they show up after being paged. This is especially annoying when the person at the register has a lot of items to purchase and everybody else has two or three things and we have to wait 15 plus minutes to check out.

Gulley Park Pets Clinic

I've been bringing my dog to Gulley Park Vet for the last couple days because he hasn't been acting like himself. For any pet parent, this can be absolutely brutal. Noah and Travis at the front desk have always been able to put a smile on my face. They're so kind and are an amazing representation of the clinic when you first walk in. I work in customer service so talking to clinic employees that actually seem like they're interested in what I have to say is unbelievably comforting.
Now, let's talk about Rachael and Dr. Wallace. Dr. Wallace is the kind of vet that will sit with you and your dog on the floor and explain everything in layman's terms with no issue. I know that it's hard enough seeing my dog go through this, but to not understand what a vet is saying to me is worse. That wasn't ever a problem while I was here. Everything was explained beautifully. After x-rays, Dr. Wallace recommended that Max (my dog) should have an ultrasound examination to pin point the problem area before we talked about surgery. She and Rachael teamed up and found a clinic that would see Max same day for an ultrasound. Now, obviously, I am an absolute mess. The fact that these two people took the time to make sure that we were taken care of at a different location (sending records, putting us on a schedule) goes to show just how far they will go for your pet.
Unfortunately, my boy needs surgery. After drop off this morning, Rachel has eased my worry. She told me about her own pet's surgical experience and her confidence gave me confidence. There isn't a clinic that I would trust more to take my dogs leash from my hand than this one. Noah and Travis made sure that I knew I could text or call at any point in time to check on my dog because they get it. They understand how stressful this is. That's what makes their clinic so different than the others. It's so obvious that they understand and they go above and beyond to make sure that you and your dog are taken care of.
So as you continue to read Google reviews because, let's face it, you wouldn't be here unless you were trying to find a vet for your animal.. take them to Gulley Park Pets Clinic. You will be listened to. They will take budget into account. They will make sure you and your pet are comfortable.
*update* Max is recovering perfectly and I have this wonderful clinic to thank. I won't take my dogs anywhere else.

Best Friends Animal Hospital: York Petrina DVM

Facility is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and seem like they're genuinely interested in helping these animals find forever homes. They sent us home with our fur friend, starter pet food, toys and an appointment to have our kitten neutered. This was a good experience and I highly recommend adopting here.

They gave me so much information about how to make my cats calmer and more comfortable and treated my cats very gently despite how anxious they were. For the first time, my cats came home from the vet after getting a vaccination and didn’t hide under the bed for the next two days. They actually came back out to hang out with us after only an hour of being home. Our vet bill was $223.50 to have two cats examined and vaccinated. Worth every penny!!! Love this place!!

Jared quickly responded despite being off, arranged for Kailin to come meet cats and get familiar with things. Meeting her and seeing her interactions with the cats was so reassuring given the panic we were in. The app they use is great, photos everyday as well as messages. Knowing your pet family is safe during very stressful times can’t be overestimated. Came home to happy cats and everything well cared for. Very, very pleased and will not hesitate to use them in the future or to recommend them.

I was going to go with a different company to train my dog but since they decided to not respond to me I gave Zeke a call. He answered on the first right and gave me amazing advise. Now 9 weeks later my 3 year old chocolate lab is a working service dog helping me over come the hardest parts of my life. Zeke also is working not one with me and my dog but my 6 year old daughters dog, training him to be a emotional support animal. Zeke has a heart and is compassionate for each individual situation. I am MORE than happy to pay a $6 fee to help keep this place open and give my dog a safer option than most dog parks. It is well maintained. There is a huge selection of toys for the dogs, plenty of fresh water for them and lots of shade. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was really good! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!
