After my vehicle refinancing contract was completed without GAP insurance, I later discovered that a previous employee had informed me that my refinancing included GAP coverage. “This branch is fine everyone helps as much as they can. I don't super love regions in general though. They really shafted me on a CD. I got a competitive rate for the first 13 months and was told (by a member of another branch) that it would renew at the new CD rate (which was widely 4.5-6%) but instead I got less than 0.5%. Tied my $25K up for another 13 months while regions earned hella interest off of my money I got nothing for it.
Their savings and checking accounts earn none or miserable interest rates as well, on top of having aggressive rules and fees on account minimums.
Very corporate. I'd suggest investing your money with a local bank.”

Most banks are rude to customers dressed like i did. Unfortunately i dont like short ballon heloc loans so they wont get interest off my business.”
