“This place is under new ownership. The rooms have been completely renovated and remodeled! One of the new owner’s showed us some of the different rooms. They are beautiful!! Bright and airy! They kept as much of the 1930’s original look as they could and made it as modern as they could! We will most definitely come back!! It is well worth the say! Can’t wait to see the exterior renovations and the Cafe reopened! What a jewel!!”

“I had an amazing experience at The Reserve. I have never stayed at a B&B before so I really had no idea what t expect. I was blown away be this place. The house was beautiful and filled with history. It is on a beautifully gated property with trees, flowers, fountains, at least 1 waterfall, and a beautiful fire pit. Plenty of room to walk and places to relax (fire-pit, 2nd floor balcony). My room (The Oaklawn) was elegant, private, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed.
The two course breakfast each morning was an amazing way to look forward to each day. Slow braised short-rib omelette. There is nothing else to say. You have access to a fridge with multiple drink options (soda, water, tea) Small snack options as well.
Ms. Lisa was treat and was an excellent hostess. She was very friendly, inviting, helpful, available, and always wanted to help. She arranged a deep tissue massage with Ms. Dana who I would also recommend for her services. The massage was 60+ minutes. Full body, deep tissue and I can't say enough. I felt so good after that. I met the owners, Mark and Rhonda on my last morning. They were just as wonderful as the rest of the staff. I just can't say enough good things about The Reserve.
The Reserve is very close to all the big attractions in Hot Springs. I drove no more than 20 minutes to get a place I wanted t visit. If
I do wish there snack tray had different options and I wish they offered chocolate milk or regular milk as a morning drink option.(Yea, I like chocolate milk as a grown man still).”

“We stayed in the cottages and it was very nice. The kitchen/living room area was very nice. The bathroom was good. The bedroom was very big. The main problem I had with the bedroom was that there was no dresser. This is more of an extended stay hotel and it's just nice to unpack into a dresser. There's also enough room in there for a couch or a couple of chairs. The only reason I didn't give it five stars, was that when it is 90+ degrees, you don't get cold water. They checked it out and it's because the pipes are on the outside of the building, rather than buried in the ground. So, if you go when it's going to be rather hot, just know that you'll be taking some hot showers. Overall, I really liked the place and would stay again.”

“We had an incredible experience at Hotel Hale. The level of customer service was exceptional and the best we’ve had in years. The owners and staff were responsive, considerate, polite, and engaged. We really appreciated seeing the owners actively involved and interacting with guests. The room was very nicely designed. We loved the brick walls and French doors that opened to nature. The mattress was very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to soak in mineral water in our private tub. We truly enjoyed our visit and hope to return in the future.”

“I loved the happy hollow! The retro vibes on the outside continued into the inside. While modernizing the rooms they kept many of the things that kept it mid century like the tile in the bathroom, and the square windows. The front desk clerk was amazing and so helpful, and it was a quick walk to bathhouse row and shopping. Will definitely come back here if we're ever in the area again!”

“The bed was huge and comfy the room had a microwave mini fridge and kuregg kind of coffee maker. The bathroom was good. Everything was very clean no rugs in the room and it was all very tasteful. And had a nice big pool for free use.”

With that being said, this hotel is ABSOLUTELY amazing. From the valet to checking in. The staff they have employed there are absolutely amazing. They are informative, funny, fun. It’s not the awkward “here’s my keys” they aren’t asleep at the desk at night. I was greeted and spoke to by every staff member any time I was coming or going, which brings me to my second plus! LOCATION! Where else can you walk into a restaurant on one side and go shopping on the other? It’s directly on central where you can take a short walk to shop or get a massage. The rooms were immaculate, clean, fresh and no noise from the street ever seemed to be heard in the room.
I can’t leave a good enough review for this place. I honestly will stay here anytime I’m in hot springs! BIG FAN!!”
“We stayed here because it was close to Magic Springs. We were pleasantly surprised of the beauty and how easy it was to get in and out . JJ came to greet us and was very friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here. We will stay here again”

“I was nervous to stay in a bed and breakfast vs. a hotel, but it exceeded my expectations! It was clean and cozy, and the hosts were so sweet and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious and it was a wonderful experience! Close enough to downtown to walk back and forth. The only time we got in our car was to go to the casino. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast!”

“Makayla was great! I had never been in Arkansas in my life, she gave me so much information about where we could go what we could do and told me even a little bit about the town and gave me a map and circle different thing.
Our rooms were so clean, loved the jet bathtub, and I used the fitness center, and it was also super clean ! Breakfast was good, and it was a really comfortable stay

“We wanted to visit Hot Springs on our way from Cleveland to Houston. This was a perfect setup for my son and I - we were hauling a lot of stuff for his college dorm and it fit into the room just fine, plus it was great to be able to park right at our door. The room was cool and clean and conveniently located to downtown. There was a small room mixup on our check in but it was resolved quickly by phone. A memorable stay and trip.”

“The Candlewood in Hot Springs is absolutely wonderful. We always stay here when we come down. This summer my son has stayed every weekend for the Natural State Collegiate League Season. They have went above and beyond to take care of our needs. The staff, rooms and amenities far exceed what you typically expect from IHG and that says something bc I’ve never had a bad experience thru any IHG. I highly recommend staying at the Candlewood.

“We had a little trouble when we first arrived but the front desk resolved everything and put us in a handicap room. The room was prefect for people in a wheelchair. They have a room on show that work out great for me. The breakfast they have is fantastic.”
“The Doubletree in Hot Springs is very nice. From the lobby, to the hallways and to our room, everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful, too. Our room was cleaned every day we were there, which was unexpected. You don't see that anymore. Also, the pool and surrounding area was so nice. The only complaint we have is the breakfast. We misunderstood that it wasn't free. We ate anyway and the food was decent, but a bit overpriced for what we got. I will say, though, that the wait staff were absolutely wonderful! We really liked the location right on Lake Hamilton. It was quiet there, but we were still within close proximity to Bathhouse Row and all the activities there.”

“Wanted a quick get away from work and booked at the Lotus. It was a blessing to see it was a Mom and Pop Motel America Owned. I try to always eat and stay where it is America owned. We checked in and was on top floor when a hard rain came and there was a leak as soon as we called the Owner came helped us move to a much larger room and was very nice and wanted to make sure we where ok. The girl that checked us in was on point and very helpful. Will book here again. Yes is a old Motel being repaired but I too am old needing some repairs as well.”

“I have been staying here for about 10 years on and off. Never had an issue with any type of bugs. The management is friendly and warm and if you stay for more than a day they check and make sure everything is okay and if you need anything. This is always my go-to place to stay whenever I'm in Hot springs. Another plus is they have both smoking and non smoking rooms.”
“Very quietly and I been staying at Shamrock Motel for 2 months now, nice and clean tho not alike other best Hotels such as super clean hotels. It’s ok and I’m comfortable because it’s peaceful and quiet and no people around but the rarely people who stays at the Shamrock Motel. And that’s good enough for me ????️”

“Chana in the salon was very helpful and accommodating from the first time we communicated in October to book our girls trip spa day to the day of our service today! We reserved the party room with mimosas and a charcuterie board. They accommodated 6 of us in a timely manner. Jessica did my massage and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! (I’ve had a lot of massages) April did my facial and oh so relaxing! I would definitely recommend both girls! Even the receptionist Patience was friendly and got us checked in and out in a timely manner!”
