“This place is under new ownership. The rooms have been completely renovated and remodeled! One of the new owner’s showed us some of the different rooms. They are beautiful!! Bright and airy! They kept as much of the 1930’s original look as they could and made it as modern as they could! We will most definitely come back!! It is well worth the say! Can’t wait to see the exterior renovations and the Cafe reopened! What a jewel!!”

“Ashley was an amazing front desk clerk and helped us with anything and everything we needed!Rooms: Great rooms. Clean. Tv awesome. Mini fridge. Greats showers. Great ac and ceiling fan for good airflow. Bed was very comfortable. All around, a relaxing and perfect stay. We will be a recurring visitor for sure here either every year for a nice vacation or for any other occasions!Nearby activities: Literally walk across the street and the Hot Springs Hiking Trail is right there with the natural hot springs fountains. Warning: don't stick arm all the way in. It burns Food & drinks: Food was amazing quality and great accomodations. Not one bad thing here, period. Friendly service and helpful. Drinks are spot on and very affordable. Same as the great food. Also, we did not need to use room service but they are the same menu's for when you eat in the bar/lobby.”

“Absolutely loved this little cabin, it had everything you could need! The back porch was one of our favorite parts, great spot to drink your morning coffee. A very pretty drive and tons of good restaurants on the way through, the manager Tyler was very nice also, 11/10”

“Great place to go and get away. Very quiet and relaxing rooms. Coffee at the door in the morning, and other goodies peppered around the Inn. My wife and I have been here twice before, and we will definitely stay here again.”

“We are in Hot Springs for several meets and greets this last two weeks. J & J, is a great place!!! Peaceful, quiet close to town, comfortable. Level sites, all the "public works" at one spot - very rare to see this but very welcome. All the necessary amenities - save one. No Propane station. Sites were adequate. Very narrow. Reminds me of row houses in Chicago - your dining room window opens about 18 inches from your neighbors. WAY too close. Biggest item they are missing is a dog park. Must get a dog park. Restrooms, Laundry are very nice, clean and functional. JJ is a consummate host. Personable and everyone likes him. Big Rig Friendly, no problem turning or maneuvering. Nice ponds and a stream for big dogs to play in behind the property. We'll be back when find ourselves in Hot Springs. Thanks JJ”

“We had a ball at Hotel Hale. Great restaurant as well. The staff, including the owner who is also the mayor of Hot Springs were very friendly, kind and helpful. We live only 15 miles away and are already talking about our next stay. Yes a little pricey but well worth it.Nearby activities: We had never been to downtown Hot Springs but have driven through 50+ times since we moved to Arkansas two years ago. We enjoyed the shops and the food and beverage options nearby.Food & drinks: Great beer at Superior Bathhouse and Brewery. Food was excellent there too. The Ohio Club was excellent and The Pancake Shop was fun and great food and service.”

“Very happy with our room and the location. The bathroom is SMALL. It was perfectly fine for the two of us but there is a very small sink and no counter space and the shower is tall and narrow. Bed was great, temperature control is great.”

“What a fabulous place! The hosts were so accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable! The attention to detail is on point! The food… seriously was worth staying here alone! The entire experience was so amazing, we will absolutely stay here anytime we are in Hot Springs!”

“If you want low key relaxation, this is your spot. Everyone is friendly, kids did tons of swimming, and a good time was had by all. If you are the type of person that needs fancy city amenities, don't expect them here. This place is for folks that want to step back and enjoy their time. Mentioning time, one of the things I loved most was that there was not a clock in our cabin. Some may think it weird, but in the world we live in, we are always needing to be on time for something. Here, you could sit outside for hours or go down to the dock and sit. But, being a dog friendly person is definitely recommended! I have a actual dog rescue so was perfectly fine being visited by Linda Lou, Yadi, and Oakley. These girl's need their own fan page! Be prepared to throw the stick a bunch for these girls and laugh at their spunky personalities!”

“Loved my stay. This motel is flat out cool and has everything you need. Rooms were a little small, but the design and patio were on point. The bathroom was clean and very well stocked. I love that the dog could stay and they don’t rob you with a crazy pet fee. The picnic/dog run area in the back yard was great. Keypad entry and texting the hosts was a nice feature. They were very responsive to text.I was passing through Hot Springs for one night and had no idea what to expect. The motel is only slightly off the beaten path, but I felt comfortable walking to downtown. Ubers are available for a very reasonable amount and there’s a local taxi service. I went back and forth from downtown to the room three times to check on my dog to make sure he wasn’t disturbing any other guests. He was totally comfortable. There’s several hiking trails very close to the room as well, and a donut shop breakfast comes with the stay. I left too early to try it, but will be back. Def worth a stay.Safety: Felt safe to me.”

“The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in what we were in the area for. The room was clean and spacious, the double beds were comfy, and the shower had decent pressure. The maids were also extremely friendly and helpful and did a great job keeping the area clean. There was decent parking, and easy to find. The breakfast was a new experience. Most of the food is made from scratch, delicious, and the staff were super talkative and friendly. They also gave tips on what to find. Right across from the race park and short walk to the casino. We felt safe staying here also. Highly recommend to stay here!”

“Everything was great. We had almost everything we needed, and the condo was very spacious and accommodating. The units were very dated, but everything was functional, and the view from 18 B was breathtaking! We really enjoyed our shortened stay!Rooms: Big rooms and pretty cool setup. The tub in the master was gigantic!”

“I have to say this is the CLEANEST Rodeway Inn /budget motel I've ever seen! The ladies at the front desk are extremely pleasant and helpful. The area is safe and quiet. They have direct TV with all the channels and Netflix. My favorite part is that not only is the room clean and large, the bathroom is as well. No stained tub, no mystery mark on the walls, no peeling paint or chipped furniture. I was skeptical at first, but after reading prior reviews, I decided to give it a chance. I'm glad I did. I had a great stay here.(Breakfast is minimal. Cereal, Waffles and yogurt)Rooms: Great spacious roomsNearby activities: Very close to the historic areaSafety: Very safe”

“Excellent location and easy to find. The room was a good size and clean. The beds were not the best but they worked for the night. The pool isn't huge but it would be great for kids. The hot tub was perfect after a day of crystal digging. Breakfast was yummy.”

“Great hotel just outside the West Gate of Hot Springs Village. Nice breakfast, friendly service and pet friendly. It’s clean and well kept. The hotel could use some updating but then the prices are extremely affordable. I’ll take slightly out of date decor. The convenient location, pet friendly and great service are great!”

“My girlfriend and I stayed in the Sunshine Room, which was very nice and romantic with a heart-shaped jacuzzi. Judy was very nice, and let us know about fun activities nearby. Her husband, David, is the cook and made a very delicious blueberry french toast breakfast.”

“We stayed at this hotel the weekend my daughter performed at All State. We liked the fact that the rooms are consistently clean and the staff are always helpful and pleasant. My only complaint was that when we arrived at 3:45 we were told there are no check-ins until 4. This is later than the standard hotel, so we weren't expecting that. It honestly seems a little weird, but still, not a big deal. However, in that fifteen minutes there were at least five other groups waiting for their rooms. Which meant that at 4:00 the ONE person at the desk was frantically trying to get everyone checked in, in the order in which they had arrived. I felt terrible for her, because everyone was anxious to get checked in but she can only go so fast. Also, the phone was ringing the entire time. She was so incredible at keeping her cool and being so courteous to us all. I really wish I had thought to get her name to give her credit for the top notch job she did! We were there at 4pm on Saturday, Feb 17, 2024. Anyway, once we checked in the room was clean and at a comfortable temperature. It was easy to find the ice machine and work the television. We found it to be a very relaxing room and will definitely stay here again!”

“After reading all the incredible reviews, I wanted to surprise my husband for a quick getaway. This place exceeded all expectations. It is an exquisite property (don't let the fact it backs up to a main road deter you - you will never know) that is so well taken care of. From the moment we parked our car and Katelyn walked outside to meet us, we were blown away.Inside is a masterpiece; beautifully decorated, with soft relaxing music pumping throughout the downstairs areas, you will be at ease in moments. There are a couple of fireplaces that we took full advantage of in the middle of winter while enjoying a glass of wine. The bedrooms are so comfortable and quiet with not a speck of dust to be found. The best part of the whole trip was meeting Katelyn and her husband Nathan. They are phenomenal hosts, incredibly kind and charming while making sure every need is met. Nathan is a phenomenal chef; our breakfasts were better than many five star restaurants we have eaten at. Both flavor and creativity were unexpected surprises. We highly recommend this gem - not only for the property itself, but the experience that these two amazing people provide - they are the real deal.Rooms: Extremely comfortable and quiet!Noteworthy details: Loved the butler's pantry! Coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, etc. available 24/7 with snacks as well. The soft music that plays throughout the downstairs is a game changer - so relaxing!”

“The first floor suite we had the carpet had alarge amount of liquid in the carpet with a terrible odor, bathtub was stained with a large brown stain, room smelled o f mold, called front desk only to be moved to the fourth floor, the second room was a little cleaner but the fire alarm went off at 615 a.m when we called the front desk they said they assumed we were cooking, we were all asleep, we returned home the next day only to realize they had charged us for both rooms, contacted the desk who tried to put me through with a ''Not my job'' manager who was very little help, the breakfast was BY FAR the best part of my experience with Staybridge Suites. WOULD NOT Recommend”

“Stayed 2 night to see historical sites. And go to Magic Spring. Room was nice size and clean. Comfortable beds. Really hot water that didn't run out. The staff was super nice and even printed out our tickets for us to magic springs. Love the location. About a 5 minute drive to historical bath house area. And about 15 minute drive to Lake Hamilton. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Will definitely be staying here again when we plan our next trip.”

“Very nice hotel downtown on Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs Arkansas. All within walking distance to the main park areas.Rooms: Nice rooms. I stayed in a king suite and it was perfect. The view was ok. I was on the 5th floor facing the main road but the buildings exterior is thick so you part of the view is obstructed.Nearby activities: Plenty to do around the hotel. The Hot Springs National Park visitor center and cultural center are within a couple blocks of the hotel.Safety: Overall safe. But plenty of homeless, I was not bothered walking by myself. Police activity was consistent and at one point they were dealing with what seemed to be a homeless person.Walkability: Easy to get to from downtown near bathhouse row.Food & drinks: Onsite restaurant that has a small menu but great food from bar food to filet mignon which was a little dry but good. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel all within walking distance.Noteworthy details: No onsite parking. If there is street parking it is free from 5p-8a. There is a parking garage about 1/4 mile away. Valet available for $30 a night.Additionally there are designated pedestrian crossings which could have been more convenient but the nights were nice so I did not mind walking,All of the staff were nice and courteous.I was told they believe to hotel to be haunted. I did not experience anything super natural.Nicely renovated while keeping and still in use old decor.”

“Overall nice place to stay a night or two. However we had issues with the heating unit they didn't have anyone to fix it they didn't offer assistance so I stayed cold the entire visit, coffee pot didn't work horrible experience, staff was overall kind with a few grinches in between. Definitely didn't go out of their way to help with any of the issues. We were not treated properly as we should have been. Yes my husband works and looks like it, don't treat him poorly because of how he looks he has the money you treated everyone else differently as I stood there and thought to myself how pathetic of a Town definitely won't be back. Horrible experience all around, the treatment of my husband the horrible customer service, the room definitely needs work. It's a 3 Star not up on the top as it should be. Not the best location for out of towners,we will definitely stay elsewhere if we visit again. Final note we were charged for an extra night we didn't reserve or ask for it was an error on their part took a week or so to get back so watch the billing tried scamming not professionalNoteworthy details: No breakfast because they have kitchenets please not coming into town to cook my own breakfast or meal I'm not happy with the breakfast "no breakfast" to be exact. We didn't care about having a kitchen rather a meal and a good time is what we were wanting. Horrible experience again”

“The room was very clean and it is located in a nice area near the lake. The front office staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. There was no one bothering us with early house keeping as there was none during our stay but if we needed clean towels we just brought dirty ones and got clean ones at the office or caught the housekeeper before we went out for the day. We did have one issue the first night as it was a Friday night there was a lot of loud noise from a guest and we even heard the front desk knock on their door and asked them to stop the noise at 4am in the morning but besides that it was a good stay.Rooms: The rooms were clean and I did not see any roaches which is unusual at a motel 6Safety: We felt safe at this hotel as there was not any leering around or unsavory looking characters.”

“Very nice clean hotel. Excellent front desk staff. We had a room on the ground floor, on the back side of the hotel, away from the busy, noisy Central Avenue. The location is great. It is easy to get anywhere in town from Central Ave. The hotel has a private boat ramp adjacent to the parking lot which is a convenient feature for boaters. We enjoyed the stay with the exception one minor event. The hotel has a café which turned out to be a disappointment. We took a seat next to a table where a waitress was in an uninterruptable conversation with one of the diners. The other waitress was busy taking care of business. There was no greeting, no we’ll be right with you from anyone. After a significant wait, I caught the waitress standing next to our table in between sentences and asked if anyone was waiting tables? She replied “Oh, she didn’t get your order?” We got up and walked out.Skip the Double Tree café, there are many highly rated diners in town.”
