I sat at a table and I was asked if I wanted a drink, before I ever looked at a menu. I knew I wanted Birria tacos and I asked the server what her recommendation was. She said she liked the regular tacos because the birria was a bit greasy. Well, I got the quesabirria anyways. Look; this meat is cooked and simmered in a crockpot all day. Its nature is to be a bit on the greasy side. People need to accept that. I thought they were very good. I was never waiting for a drink. My food came out quick. Altogether a good experience. Thanks.
