The tag eventually started to show some wear and fell off the collar one day recently. I reached out to Holly as she helped me previously with my initial order and was extremely responsive.
Not only did Holly respond back extremely fast when I reached out to see if the tag was still available for me to reorder, but she informed me the tag came with a lifetime warranty and offered to send me a new tag replacement at no charge! I would have easily purchased another tag as the quality and customer service are unparalleled.

I had a few other little concerns regarding my dog's quirks. The woman who answered the phone was really chill and wrote down some notes in Lucy's file. I felt like my concerns were heard and validated, which I really appreciated.
When I picked up Lucy, she looked and smelled great. Ever her breath was amazing! Her toe nails had been ground down so they were not shop, like after a trim.
Lucy was happy all the way home. Parkway Animal Hospital recommended Hound Town and I am very pleased I took their advice.

2725 East Parkway Drive Suite 3, RussellvilleWe are staying at Mt. Nebo for a wedding and came to town to grab a few things and decided to stop here and eat. This place is surely a gem!! We are from New Orleans so of course we are used to flavor. This place has it!!! I felt like I was eating back home! Pricing was super great also and the portions were perfect with spme to take home! The staff were all super nice and attended to us right away. Our waitress, Crystal was a sweetheart, answered all our questions with honesty and checked on us often. Shes one of the best waitresses ive ever encountered and hope the owners know how lucky they are to have her!! Dont pass this place up! We will probably stop by again on our way home because it was that good! Thanks again Crystal and the staff for this gem of a place.

313 West B Street, RussellvilleMy friends and I all stop in here at LEAST once or twice a week! The food is delicious (especially the quesabirria and al pastor tacos, ask for the avocado salsa!), the service is great, and the vibes are amazing!
The drinks and beer selection are also phenomenal and happy hour is every weekday from 4-6PM
They even serve brunch every Saturday from 10-1 in collaboration with B Street Bakery next door. The churro French toast and huevos rancheros are absolutely killer
Be sure to stop in on Tuesdays for even better prices on tacos!
I don’t typically leave restaurant reviews but I cannot sing the praises of this restaurant enough and recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal in downtown Russellville!
