βThe store is very convenient and safe. I want to brag on Isaac who helped me out with my photos today. I had a couple pictures where the heads were cut off, probably my fault, Isaac still let me reprint the photos at no extra cost. I am super grateful! This is great customer service!β
βLove this place! One-stop-shop for anything you need. We enjoyed the game rental service on a rainy night in at our hotel. The wine & beer selection is fantastic! We always stop in for essentials and to see the sweet staff (We love Laura) when we are in town!β
βSusie in the pharmacy on E. Grand in Hot Springs AR. went above and beyond for me today and my father. The medicine prescribed to him was over $800, she used the Walgreens app to find it for $246, that was great. However she did not stop there. The medicine was generic and she found out his insurance would pay most of the cost of the name brand. The cost went down to only $47! Thank you again Susie great customer service.β

βWalgreens pharmacy on Aiport rd. In hot springs arkansas is the only pharmacy I will EVER use again in life!!! The staff is absolutely amazing!!! They always have superior customer service and go above and beyond to answer any questions,concerns, or request that I may have. I 1,000/10 recommend this pharmacy!!! βWhat an awesome experience. The manager, Parish didn't know I'd just had a surgery on my leg, but volunteered to go get some band aids for me that worked with my insurance. He helped me select a battery for my scale I'd purchased, and wrapped it better than when i brought it in. This young man i smart, kind and professional. He's a future STAR for a fortune 500...!! βFast service, but has that uncomfortable feeling when inside. The vibes in there feel so negative. When you have a issue they just broadcast it where everyone can hear. So unprofessional and switched from check to cash payment cause I didn't get a shot .left in a hurry had to pick up granddaughter, forgot the check. Got to fish market and called. They had it. Asked them to tear it up . She said sure np.Well I have it now turned over collection. 10.00 check , no telling the cost it will accumulate. Noone knows are says its another department handling it. Why didn't they tear it up like I asked ? Smh never been back.. I want pay it either. J/sβ

βThey have a good set up with pumps. The awnings are plenty tall. Trucks (with or without trailers) cars, busses... They'd all find a comfortable spot. They even have pumps immediately out the front door for limited mobility patrons. They carry a broad selection of drinks at the fountain as well as a very reasonable cooler selection. Children and adults can find something to quench their thirst. Lots of snack options are fully stocked and perfectly positioned as you make your way to the counter for hot food made fresh daily. Scratch offs or a tobacco product if thats your thing. The team members are always polite with a smile and helpful when approached with a question. Its always clean. No smells. Bright lights make you feel safe and welcomed at any hour as they are operating 24 hours. Id say if youre a visitor on vacation, passing through for work or any occasion you find to be out. Stop by and check them outβ
