“My husband & I stayed at Lookout Point Lakeside Inn for a few days celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The property is so incredibly beautiful, the staff is phenomenal, and the service impeccable. Thank you Don, Tiffany and Robin, y’all were so friendly & accommodating. There are many others that deserve props but unfortunately I don’t know their names, so thank you to the young lady who brought our breakfast each morning and all the men working in the yard who were so kind. We were leaving early our last day so Don made us breakfast bags to go, which was so very nice! . Lastly, they are pet friendly so we brought our little dog Larry along and he even met a little friend, another shih tzu from Fort Worth. This was our second time here and definitely won’t be the last!”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay at The Enclave Suite!
We stayed in the Enclave Suite at The Reserve Hot Springs and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we walked in, the space felt luxurious, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The suite is immaculate—beautifully decorated, spacious, and truly feels like a private retreat.
The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the linens were high-end, and every detail in the room was curated to make the stay feel special. We especially loved the soaking tub and the serene view—both made it feel like a true escape.
The property itself is stunning, quiet, and relaxing. Service was warm and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Every interaction felt genuine, and you can tell the staff takes real pride in making each guest’s stay memorable.”

“5 stars all the way around! A winter storm brought 8-10 inches of snow and the owners and staff kept things rolling without a hitch! We had dinner at “Eden” (the onsite restaurant) and it was incredible! Bath row is a fascinating place within Hot Springs National Park, and the love and care that the owners have placed into restoring this historic spot (Hotel Hale) made our stay on the row even more special! I enjoyed long baths in the private bathroom (inside of the room). I also enjoyed being able to take the glass carafes of water back to the room whenever I wanted! The water is from the springs within the park and it was so refreshing! My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved being within walking distance of so many interesting places! Thank you, Hotel Hale for treating this NC girl well! I hope to be back soon!
Rooms: We selected the Quapaw room because it had two queen beds and it was a great space for! We had French doors that opened to a view of a snowy natural area. The exposed brick and repurposed bath tiles were such nice nods to the former bathhouse. The linens were luxurious, the pillows were comfy and the bathrobes were lovely!
Nearby activities: Walking distance to bath row, the Arlington and all of the cute shops in downtown Hot Springs!
Safety: I felt completely safe and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel.
Walkability: Apart from driving to and from the airport - my friend and I never used our rental car. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops in town and if the National Park Visitor center and Cultural center would have been open we could have walked a short distance down the sidewalk and visited them too!
Noteworthy details: Mineral water is pumped into the bathtubs in the rooms! So if you want to have a hot springs bathhouse experience, you can do so without leaving your room!
Carafes of spring water are readily available to hotel guests!!! Enjoy as much as you’d like!”

“? Five-Star Experience at J&J RV Park and Storage! ?
From the moment we pulled into J&J RV Park, we knew we’d found something special. The grounds are impeccably maintained, with spacious sites that offer both privacy and comfort. Whether you're staying overnight or settling in for a longer visit, the atmosphere is peaceful, secure, and welcoming.
The staff at J&J go above and beyond—friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making your stay enjoyable. The amenities are top-notch: clean restrooms, reliable hookups, and easy access to storage that’s both convenient and secure. It’s clear they’ve thought through every detail to make life on the road (or off it) as smooth as possible.
What really sets J&J apart is the sense of community. Fellow travelers are respectful and kind, and the location offers easy access to local attractions while still feeling like a quiet retreat. Whether you're a seasoned RVer or just starting out, this place feels like home.
Highly recommend J&J RV Park and Storage for anyone looking for a safe, serene, and well-run spot to park, store, and relax. We’ll definitely be back!”
“Wow!! I cannot say enough about how well we were treated at this Best Western. I recently stayed at the Marriott in Little Rock. You can see my review. This place blows it away. Julie, who helped us with breakfast, was excellent. She took the time to help me and my wife with a traveling issue. It truly is the people that make the difference. Whenever we are in Hot Springs, we will look forward to staying here. If you get a chance, don’t pass it up. Stay at this property.?
Rooms: Comfortable roons
Nearby activities: Hot Springs has so much to offer wonderful place to visit.
Walkability: Right across the street from Oaklawn and casino.
Food & drinks: Breakfast here was awesome. You have to try the mini waffles. I’m not sure what they put in them, but they are delicious.”
“The first time that I stayed here was back in 2017! ? Last time ,I visited for an hour or so! Still as awesome as I remember! Would love to go to get away! Must stay for Hot Springs,Ark !
Safety: They are always safety signs near by.. office phone numbers !
Food and drinks: There is a kitchen that you can store your drinks in that you can get from your local store!
Noteworthy details: The view was so relaxing nice get away! :)”

“Absolutely love this place!!! Great for family and kids of any age. We have been coming here for years and definitely the first place we call when coming to Hot Springs. Easy water access for boating/kayaking/swimming. Great little beach to sit on and enjoy the view. Phillip is an amazing owner, and always available to help if you need anything. Definitely our favorite spot to come to and in the middle of all the things to do”
“Me and my boyfriend had a great time here. Judy was absolutely lovely and the walkability to downtown was a huge plus. Our room was clean and cozy, breakfast was yummy, and we felt welcome from start to finish. The only thing I will say is if you have mobility problems this may not be the place for you. We stayed in the Lilian room and I could see the shower being challenging to get into. The toilet was also a little lower than average, but none of this bothered us.”

“I don't normally stay at Rodeway Inn, but due to great reviews and price we gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! It is located very close to Magic Springs which is a bonus after a long park day. Other locations are fairly close to drive to also.
PRO'S: Friendly staff. updated rooms. price. room amenities including fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Queen beds vs double. Shade keeps light out well.
Neutral: Beds are firm but are new and well protected with a plastic mattress cover, another mattress cover and then sheets. Outside entrance but felt safe. No elevator. Pool was closed for season. I didn't try breakfast.
CON'S: Pillows were terrible. 3 small, thin pillows per queen bed. I suggest bringing your own. The bathroom ceiling was low. It felt low to me at 5'8 and I couldn't fully stretch arm up. I couldn't find any tissue.
Overall, I would consider staying here again. Especially for the price. It's fine for just sleeping in. There's lots to do in the Hot Springs area!”

“Such an adorable motor inn. Great throwback to the glory days of the family road trip.
Rooms: The bathroom was so cute. Beautiful tile work and updates while still looking like a time capsule. Beds were super comfy and the lines were so soft. I wanted to take the duvet home with me.”
“The house feels like I just stepped into the pages of a vintage book. The grounds are immaculate and as I drive up, it appears as if to be a "castle on the hill". The innkeeper Mr.David met us at the front door entrance to walk us into the great doors of this Victorian style home. The beauty was almost overwhelming, from the original rich wood floors, the intricate details, the antique furniture pieces, the stained glass windows and so much more. Each room came with a story which Mr David provided with great knowledge and passion. You can instantly feel the love he and his wife has for this home. Mrs Rebecca met us after our amazing and delicious 3 course breakfast served complete with original China and silverware from the original owner of the home established in 1880. Mrs Rebecca's eyes glimmered as she lamented over stories of each room and the property. The bed was perfect, even for someone with back problems. So soft and inviting, like a warm hug. Every place you look, you see fine details and intricate details. No stone left unturned. I highly recommend you book your stay at this little slice of heaven tucked away and nestled back on the hill. You couldn't ask for more, as I have stayed here multiple times. Whether here with your partner for a romantic stay, with your girlfriends for a girl's trip, or even alone, to write, pray, reflect, or meditate in the calm, comforting peace of the wildwood bed and breakfast inn.”

“Christina at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to help us, and we appreciate it so much. Give this woman a raise! Exceptional customer service and friendliness. Thank you Christina.”
“Hit a deer on the highway, and this was the closest hotel where we could be dropped off by a police officer. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. A big thanks to Comfort Suites and The Hot Springs police dept, especially officer Rio, for providing the help we needed, spur of the moment, in such an unfortunate event. Also big thanks to Driven towing, and the volunteer fire fighter who was able to help us get the SUV off the busy highway, to a safe location. Highly recommend all of the above.
Rooms: Rooms were clean and comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere.
Safety: Hotel was located in a safe, well lit, and convenient location, right off the highway.”

“I came from out of state and had looked for a place to stay for days leading up to the travel. This is a very nice hotel. We've all seen the pictures of hotels and its nothing like the pictures, but this isn't one of those. It really is on the water and the pool is at the lakeside. The fire pit, BBQ, and lounge area all look across the water. The rooms all seem to have lake views. Inside is clean and well kept, security looks tight here - I can absolutely feel comfortable staying here again. Rooms are nice, comfortable beds and pillows, and a short drive from some of the best food Ive had in the whole state. Highly recommend this place”

“Outside the busy areas of downtown but easy to get anywhere. Located next to Lake Hamilton, we had a lake view room. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The sheets were too small for our bed. Nice pool but no lounge chairs. Breakfast was good as well as the breakfast attendant. My only real complaint is the front desk girl literally sat on her phone nonstop, barely looking up as we checked out.
Rooms: Love they have a kitchenette and full size fridge. Bathrooms were small but nice. The bedding was too small for our queen bed.
Walkability: There’s a Mexican restaurant next door, otherwise you have to drive.
Noteworthy details: Nice pool but no lounge chairs. Pretty view if you get a lake view room.”

“We stayed in the condos. Outside they don't look so hot--they're very dated and worn, but inside our condo was nice: sharp and clean with full appliances (full kitchen, washer/dryer, kitchen implements), plates and silverware, fireplace, jacuzzi in the master bath, nice balcony.
There was a consistent issue with the keys not working--we continuously had to go to the desk to get keys recharged, but the staff was always quick and friendly.
There's a boat dock inside the resort, so one can pull up and tie off right by the condo.
Pool was nice, and there's a spa with a massage professional available.”

“Wanted a quick get away from work and booked at the Lotus. It was a blessing to see it was a Mom and Pop Motel America Owned. I try to always eat and stay where it is America owned. We checked in and was on top floor when a hard rain came and there was a leak as soon as we called the Owner came helped us move to a much larger room and was very nice and wanted to make sure we where ok. The girl that checked us in was on point and very helpful. Will book here again. Yes is a old Motel being repaired but I too am old needing some repairs as well.”

“I needed to charge my phone for an emergency and Hitan, the front desk agent, was very patient in helping me by letting me use the lobby, as well as, helping me with the local stores and amenities. Inside the lobby were vending machines and a table and conference area. It was very nice and had a tremendous amount of space. It looked like there was a conference room inside as well. This could become very productive and helpful for future projects and I believe with effort in restoration it could become very beneficial to the community.”
“Nice step back in time hasn't been updated since the 60s, well kept and clean.very nice pool area.
Nearby activities: Casino, tourist attractions”
“Great place for the price in a decent location within easy driving of restaurants and points of interest. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and recently renovated including new beds, refrigerator, microwave, A/C &heating unit, HD tv, etc. Some of the juice machines and other items have arrived and were being assembled for upcoming breakfast service. No deadbeats were hanging around or allowed like hotels on main drag. Quiet area”

“Pictures don't do justice. This is a nice little motel. The driveway is a bit tricky. Very clean. Nice size rooms. Hot hot water , very nice. Ice machine and small breakfast items. Coffee and hot water are always available in the lobby. I love my tea and coffee, so it's definitely a plus. The front desk staff have been very nice and welcoming.
