Everything spooks him and he has a bad heart, so we don’t want to stress him out. We can’t brush him without him growling at us. Kelly is a special person who has a way with animals. She was able to bathe and clip him. He was calm when we picked him up and looks so much better. I highly recommend her!

It is a nice and clean place with plenty of inside and outside space for day care or boarding. My guy is more handsome than before with cute cut and happy to spend time at Blue Poodle. Little hard to find but definitely a gem in Hot Springs.

1525 Airport Rd, Hot SpringsMy two wonderful cats needed help. They had some skin issues that I could not get rid of. I thought it was fleas or ticks but I was able to get rid of the fleas with shampoos and a flea trap. I hadn't seen a flea in over a year but the skin issues persisted on both cats. My Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital visit took only an hour total and Dr Ashley Stephens turned things around! She is absolutely brilliant, she's quick, she's incredibly good at what she does! Both cats received vaccines, steroid shot, antibiotic shot. I had fought this skin problem for so long using flea shampoos, anti-fungal shampoos, even cat-safe essential oils and skin cream. Nothing worked. So when I left the animal hospital with my cats I admit I felt a little teary-eyed, you know? Additionally, my cats came home NOT traumatized! Look, you know how difficult cats are but they handled them so well! My cat Sofi didn't even cry much at all. She cried more in the car going to the vet than she did in the office being given the shots. I think I heard 2-3 meows out of her when Dr Stephens gave her the shots and checked her skin. Incredible! Best money spend ever. <3

250A Balboa Dr, Hot SpringsThis is more of a response to minister Iva Lehman D. I was going to just get on and give a review but seeing that one I feel I need to respond. She has already been called out on next door by another customer about her attitude. I was Dr Bilby's next appointment and already being put in the exam room when this lady came in and was yelling at everyone. I was being put in the exam room at about my appointment time, maybe 3-4 minutes early. She was not just 8 minutes late. The receptionist did a great job. I left the door open to listen to the crazy. I wish I had recorded it so I could show everyone on here. I have been to many vets over my life. I love Waggin wheel and wouldn't go anywhere else anymore. To the reviews saying that the phones were awful, yes they kind of are, but my entire 30 minute appointment the phone barely stopped ringing. They seemed to be doing their best. I think they are hard to get into because they are so good. But hey hopefully if these crazy, aggressive, angry people leave there will be more care for the good people in the village and their pets! And to the lady's comment that her doctor wouldn't do this, that is complete bs. I worked in the medical field for decades. If you are not early and done with your paperwork by your appointment time you will likely be turned away. If we were slammed and you weren't ready that's tough luck. The problem with customer service nowadays is the entitled customers. Customers aren't always right. My mothers name is Karen so I don't like that term, but that is the description of so many people nowadays. Sorry, rant over. Waggin Wheel is amazing. They have taken great care of my healthy and my sick. And they have been amazing when it has been the worst times for my loved pets.

1910 Albert Pike Rd F, Hot SpringsHonestly I normally only ever go to hot springs or lake Hamilton Animal hospital but I have to honestly say that it saved my life and my baby's life taken him to Kelly's veterinarian clinic because not only do they work with your budget as well but they don't have to make you leave your pet there and drop them off you get to sit in there with him like a real kids doctor appointment and I'm sorry but to me that's what my babies are are my kids. They were very sweet very clean didn't seem to have too much going on at one time that seems like if they did they would be able to most definitely handle it. I will be definitely choosing this veterinarian from now on thank you Kelly's...

We shared fries. First of all, the pricing was great. Huge portions for the price. The fries were large and more than enough for the two of us. Everything came out hot. It was clean in the restaurant and right on Bathhouse Row (across the street) making it a very convenient option. Wish they had sweet tea and not just unsweetened tea but other than that, no complaints. Water is $1 so also a good option if you need a cold ice water while out and about.

701 Park Ave, Hot SpringsStayed in hot springs for the night. Before starting my drive again I stopped here. I got a sausage wrapped in a croissant (can’t remember the name) that was sooooo good! A ham and cheese with egg croissant that was okay, I should have gotten the bacon but I could taste they seasoned the eggs perfectly!!! I haven’t tried the chocolate filled donut but the glazed donut is serious, I am not kidding you, the best donut I’ve ever had.

We have always received quick and attentive service from the servers, as well as well-crafted and delicious food. The relaxed atmosphere here has always had a nice vibe to it. As others have mentioned in the Yelp forum, dropping by here is one of those "must do" things while in the Hot Springs area. We've been patronizing this establishment for the past several decades, and plan on continuing to do so as long as our health allows for us to continue with our leisure travel activities. I give this joint a solid four-and-a-half stars, rounded up to five, due especially to fond memories.
