“Downsides: The layout to pull up to the pumps is a mess. There are too few pumps, and half the ones there are not accessible enough due to the cramped layout. The equipment at the pumps also seems a bit dated.
Upsides: Lowest price when I checked area gas prices on my GasBuddy app. I’m a value shopper. It was worth it to me to have a short wait to save a little money. That said, if you don’t have time to wait a little, you may want to consider buying gasoline elsewhere.
My Sam’s Club gas station back home has about four times as many pumps and a much larger area for cars to more easily navigate.”

“Always fills my Rx’s fast, no matter if it was sent in from a Dr. or if I have a handwritten copy. Smiling faces and very friendly, can’t say this enough, they always make me feel welcome. If there is something they don’t have, they will order it and have it ready by noon the next day. I am so happy that I switched over from the big grocery store I used to go to. I’m so much happier and appreciated here.”

“I love the neighborhood market stores, especially having walmarts turning into super centers and no walmart is "regular" anymore, so the introduction of Neighborhood market was a great option in my opinion. Confusing set up the first few times but definitely love the variety they place in the neighborhood market stores!”

“Grocery stores in town do not sell parsnips. I asked the produce man if they were just out of stock, and he replied, "No, we don't sell them anymore because we threw out mid than we sold."Parsnips are similar to a carrot, but they are higher in vitamins & minerals and much sweeter than a carrot. Perfect in a vegans soups and stews, add with potatoes & onions in roast, added to Drunken Pork stew, yummy in a green salad or vegetable tray, steamed, but my absolute favorite way to eat parsnips is roasted along side baby potatoes, onions topped with bacon crumbles, then drizzled with a mustard sauce. I should have planted my fall/ winter garden, and then I could pull up a few parsnips for dinner and day....People really need to eat more nutrient rich veggies for their health and for the environment. Our food causes 1/3rds of all emissions”
“Clean store inside and outside. Friendly and helpful employees for the most part. The departments were well stocked and I was able to find things I needed. Lines moved fast to check out”
“Always well stocked, and super friendly employees! I encountered a frustrating incident and after voicing my concern, store manager Devon reached out and more than resolved the issue. They also have a automated floor cleaning robot my kids love. Sometimes a employee is driving the robot though and I dunno it seems weird.”
“***** !!! I seen and over heard A pharmacist OFFER TO PAY FOR A patients prescriptions. !!! ****. THE PHARMACIST WAS USING HER OWN PERSONAL MONEY TO PAY FOR THAT CUSTOMERS MEDICATION TO MAKE SURE SHE HAD HER MEDICATION SHE NEEDED. That pharmacist did it out of the goodness of her own heart”

The medicine was generic and she found out his insurance would pay most of the cost of the name brand. The cost went down to only $47! Thank you again Susie great customer service.”

“This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to hands down! I have been going here for almost 5 years. They have always been so kind, personable, and are always happy to help. I recently called because I had taken some cold medicine and I had forgotten that I had taken a dose of Tylenol several hours before. I called them and had to hang up. They called me right back and made sure I was okay. Wow! So thankful!”
“Replaced my tires with michelins a few months ago. I drive to bryant from hot springs daily and had a blowout. The guys tracked down a warranty i didnt even know I had made it out of there for less than $30.00. They also found a bolt stuck in my tire and fixed it as well! “Communication between the local pharmacies, doctors offices, and health insurance agencies would have made this trip smoother! The people are great but without proper communication, the assistance they provide is very limited, as of anywhere! Easy parking, clean environment, restrooms, and a discount shelf is a plus+.”

“Yay!! CVS in Hot Springs has a batch of Novovax 2024-2025 Covid vaccines! Just walked in to get mine.
If the CVS phone tree was as helpful as the pharmacy staff is in person, what a wonderful world it would be. I called three times and could never get a live human on the line to answer whether Novovax is in stock. It took three trips to the drive through to find out. We have enough barriers already. Please do better.”

They are the 8th area pharmacy I've been to because I keep having to switch because the pharmacy is unable to get that one medication consistently or at all. Smith drug is awesome!”
