“This is a great neighborhood grocery store. Always clean and well stocked, always a smile on t. Employees faces...although to be honest, I'm always going there like 5 mins to closing but even then my cashier, Alexis always has a smile, is quick with t. Bagging, and has more than enough patience when dealing with me. And yet...she's always there, 5 mins to closing, ringing me up, Alexis, you work way too much. Take a day off. LOL.”

“I'm rarely left impressed by the customer service around the US, but it took one pleasant female sales associate from Greenwood's Dollar General to change that. I visited the store at around 1930 on May 8th (transaction time 1953) and this lady is a walking textbook of excellent customer service. Her demeanor, poise, and sales etiquette are to the point. I sincerely hope corporate identifies her potential, and uses her to train other associates. I can't find her name on my receipt, but I sincerely hope this message is passed on ?”
