“As far as rental agencies go, Enterprise is the best there is, as far as I'm concerned. About the only bad experience I've ever had with them was getting a car that smelled like someone had been transporting 12 lbs of weed in it. Other than that, I've had zero issues and will continue to use Enterprise. Seriously though, what's the alternative, Hertz? Sure, if you want your rental reported stolen or get charged for gas in an electric car.”

“To begin, I had to take an unexpected trip to Tulsa Oklahoma and needed a car. The booking was simple online, with no real problems. When I arrived at this "Enterprise Rent-A-Car," I found the check-in to be amazingly easy and the service... well, the folks there were amazing. The car was given a thorough inspection in my presence. The little Nissan Altima was very clean! Before you know it, I was on the road happy as a clamp. My return departure in Tulsa was delayed, so when I knew I couldn't make it , I called the branch in Sherwood Arkansas and spoke with an extremely kind individual who assured me I wasn't going to jail for being late!! ? He told me to bring it back in the morning, ensuring I would be able to sleep when I finally made it home!! Today, when I returned the vehicle, the entire staff was so easy to deal with! Andrew, the outstanding manager at this location, gave the gift of extreme kindness this Christmas season, bending over backward to make sure I Saved! money and aggravation! The gentleman who checked me in was amazing, as well as the other gentleman who was in the office, even wishing me a merry Christmas on my way out! GOD bless you all, and a very Merry Christmas indeed!!”

“We had to come to this Avis as a one off as our vehicle had some issues with a tyre we couldn't sort out roadside, Anthony helped us get a new car for the remainder of our holiday as well as be extra helpful when we needed it especially as there was some people there being a bit difficult”
