“A bit understaffed. Three phone calls and showing up an hour before they closed, I was finally able to rent a car . I needed to go a day early. Each shift should pass on notes to the next agent so when you call back theybmsy have an idea of why your calling. I explained the situation a total of four times.”

“I don't usually bother doing reviews of rental car companies as everyone typically has their own favorite/loyalty program. I do want to give a shout out to the staff at Hertz @ LIT airport. This crew is so easy to deal with, so accommodating, and so overall helpful and professional I have to acknowledge them. I'm in the Little Rock are 2-3 times a year, and I will only rent from Hertz thanks to their awesome staff.
