Remington & TK worked tirelessly to be sure my phone was set up and properly functioning before I left the store. It took a little workaround but they stuck with it and held a great attitude the entire process.Thank you for providing me great service. ?

Just wasted over a hour there. ATT sent me there for a cable. Turns out they don't carry them. Say a hour waiting to find out. Terrible!

Had major issues with a purchase of two new phones. Went through customer service and still couldn’t get it fixed. Called the store and the manager Katie offered to meet with me. She took her time with my account and fixed everything. She listened and cared and was extremely polite! If you have any issues, call Katie!
