“Being a skeptic by nature, it’s easy for me to entertain preconceived notions and to “judge a book by its cover”. My first interaction with The Waters @ Chenal went nothing like I had anticipated. Everyone, from the receptionist to the maintenance personnel, were extremely kind, attentive and helpful to two jaded and weary apartment hunters. Jaikyera and Marisa helped us find exactly what we needed at an affordable price. Although there are only 5 stars, they truly deserve 10! What a wonderful place to live!”

No issues with A/C & Heating units, utility costs not so high, up-to-date kitchen appliances, washer & dryers, fixtures, new carpet, prompt responses to issues, pets allowed, emailed when repairs or temporary water shutoffs your building, and much more.
For me, it's home.”

“I have lived here for over 6 years and have enjoyed my “home”. I have had a great experience and anytime I have run into a challenge with something in my apartment maintenance is there very quickly. My dryer quit working on a Saturday and I needed to get laundry done for work the next week. The office staff offered to open up another empty apartment to use the dryer there while they got in touch with Zach, our fantastic maintenance guy, who drove in from over an hour away on Sunday and fixed my dryer. The front office staff is very helpful and supportive. Anytime I had questions they are very quick to return my call or reply to an email. In person they are good natured, friendly and just easy to talk or visit with. They do a lot of community building activities and have drop by days either before work or after work with simple things like donuts and OJ or bigger things like a taco bar. I feel very safe here and it is in a great location for restaurants, shopping, and schools. They also do a great job of recognizing improvements that need to be done. One year they redid all of the exterior lights on buildings, in interior hallways and parking lot lighting. It has been a significant, amazing change.

When I decided to transfer to a bigger unit, after being in the same unit for 4 years, T personally made sure that everything was handled properly. Briana, Terrian, and Mr. Shaun are an incredible team that prioritizes cleanliness, comfortability, and safety for all residents.”
