Rashard is an excellent communicator and understands how to meet the customer’s needs. He’s honest and trustworthy and takes a lot of pride in the work. He’s really just an overall great dude.”
“Im giving a 5 star rating for this location only because its a very well kept store. But some of the employees are JUDGEMENTAL due to the way a customer dress apparently. If you come a little before opening. Some employees assume you came for other than to shop. I was waiting and a white lady came and open the door for another employee. She greeted me kindly amd closed door and locked. Then as she came to place cones outside, while being watched by another employee. Another Guy approached me asking if im waiting to go inside store..i replied yes! Then HE INSISTED I WAIT SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN BY THE DOOR THE LADY JUST OPEN AND CLOSED AND LOCKED...SHE SAW I WASNT A THREAT AT ALL.. BUT THE BLACK GUY ASSUMED I WAS. JUDGEMENTAL DISCRIMINATION IS REAL”
“Nick did an awesome job installing wiring, and mounting monitors for both audio and video for our church.
He is professional in every way, knowledge, courteous and respectful of both people and property.
He did an excellent job repainting and repainting walls that had to be prepped for the installation. He even cleared and vacuumed the workspace.
He made sure everything was functioning according to specifications and there were no hidden costs!”
“I must say I went in not expecting there to be a real high bar for customer service and man was I wrong the young lady Sarah was working alone and had a long line when things got stressful she handled the situation very professionally probably the best Cricket experience I've had in awhile”

“At the West Little Rock store, I couldn't get a barcode to scan on a couple of sale items. She was right there, entered them manually AND gave me an additional 25% discount 'for my trouble'.
The store is always clean and neat and I have never met a rude or 'I don't have time for you' sales associate there.”

“I try to avoid big box stores but today had to do it. Staff said "Good morning" with a smile upon her face! +1 I needed only 3 items but had to ask 2 different staff for help finding it,they were both friendly. +1 Got to the register and 2 more staff told me I could avoid waiting in line by coming to their register. +1 Two other staff gave compliments on my outfit. +1 Wow, I've never felt so cared for in a big box store! Atop that the current miserable attitudes found across the customer service sector made this shopping experience fantastic. I was so pleased that even after noticing my clearance item rang up at regular price (+$6), I ain't even mad nor going back to address it. They win! Well done folks, keep rocking that energy!!!”

“I went to this store and asked if they could place a certain washer and dryer on hold for me until I could close on my house. They did this for me without placing any funds for these items. They day I closed 10 days later I went back and picked up these items after paying for them.Service was fantastic. I will be making more purchases in the future.
