Our last two homes we bought Rumford fireplaces from Antique Brick designed by Count Rumford in 1796 as super efficient for heat and smoke. Thomas Jefferson even installed Rumfords at Monticello! I have watched their company grow from 1979 to now. And what a transformation it has been. Starting out selling a few antique bricks, and now They are a manufacturer, a retailer a wholesaler a distributor. You owe it to yourself to buy from the experts!”
“Our salesperson Brian was very knowledgeable of the bedroom sets that we were interested in. When we couldn't find the color we wanted in the style that we liked he suggested getting it custom made. We stayed within our price range and hopefully will have our new set before Labor day weekend. “I had the pleasure of working with Jason on designing our home interiors. He is based in the Little Rock location.
He was always very professional and has an expert eye for design. I moved basically into an almost new house. The color the builder had used for the island was not to my liking. I did not want to paint the entire island since it was brand new. After meeting with Jason in the morning to my great surprise he offered to come out to the house (45 minutes from showroom) and brought samples that very day. We picked out all new furniture for large living space along with bar stools that went perfectly with current color of island. We also ordered rugs and full sets of draperies. In addition to new pieces purchased we also already had some existing pieces (dining room chairs) purchased from Ethan Allen years ago.
With Jason's help on fabric we had those chairs and more reupholstered for a real personal touch to our home. My husband and I love everything Jason suggested and would highly recommend him to any client. He is easy going to work with and will listen to your wants while kindly making his suggestions. I give him a total 5 star top rating for his expertise and assistance on our home decor project.”

“I wish I could give two ratings. I'd give a solid 5 stars for customer service, and 3 stars for inventory. I was greeted right away and toured through the store by a very helpful employee. Unfortunately, I didn't get to make a purchase because I couldn't find much that I loved. I'm certain that others might love lots of things, but for my style preferences there were not many items in stock. A good side note: I saw a photograph of an item I did love that is expected to come in soon, and they offered to notify me when it arrives. Again, mark that up too good customer service!”
“I try to avoid big box stores but today had to do it. Staff said "Good morning" with a smile upon her face! +1 I needed only 3 items but had to ask 2 different staff for help finding it,they were both friendly. +1 Got to the register and 2 more staff told me I could avoid waiting in line by coming to their register. +1 Two other staff gave compliments on my outfit. +1 Wow, I've never felt so cared for in a big box store! Atop that the current miserable attitudes found across the customer service sector made this shopping experience fantastic. I was so pleased that even after noticing my clearance item rang up at regular price (+$6), I ain't even mad nor going back to address it. They win! Well done folks, keep rocking that energy!!!”
