Statehouse Convention Center is a solid, typical convention center and a very nice, decent venue. Reviews note it is generally clean, with clear speakers and a facility where everything seems to be working. Attendees got in easily and the area cleared out fast. Recent upgrades include new chairs, with some noting the cushioned seats are a great improvement over old, worn-out ones, though others still find them not the most comfortable. Climate control receives mixed notes; some found the AC was BLASTING and advised bringing a jacket, while another found it very hot inside. The layout can be challenging, with a wish for more aisles for easier movement. Feedback on entertainment was that it could be TOO LOUD. The employees are very helpful, offering parking tips and assistance to vendors, who were able to drive inside to unload. The large rooms can make visibility difficult from the back without a screen. Its downtown Little Rock location is a drawback for some. Overall, it is a great place and a put-together convention center for events and conventions.
