“I got married here in August of 2025 and it was PERFECT! Lexi is the absolute best and makes sure every little thing is exactly how you want it! At our initial tour she described ceremony setups and showed us around the entire venue. After we signed the contract we had another meeting to discuss what we wanted to serve at the bar, ceremony layout, and reception layout! On the day of the wedding I was in contact with Riley who was very helpful and made sure everything was setup perfectly! The bartenders are very kind and kept the drinks flowing all night long! I would 100% recommend this venue to EVERYONE! The bridal cottage is the perfect area for getting ready and the barrel room was the boys little “man cave” before the ceremony! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and is very well kept up! I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day! THANK YOU RTV!?”

“Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom shower showed a little age. Room was quiet at night. Pool is well sized but did have some leaves and bugs in it, but since it was near trees that might be unavoidable. Restaurant has a small bar and the bartender was very friendly, but the restaurant food menu is pretty small and limited. The breakfast buffet was a good deal and the food was standard.”
“These folks work pretty hard being extra polite while providing tight security. I usually attend only those shows that have table seating or reserved seats because standing for 2 hours or so is not my kind of show. Full bar, but limited selection. I have really enjoyed the shows I have seen here.”
“We recently hosted a Retirement party here, and we cannot say enough good things about the Venue or the Team. Everything went off incredibly smoothly, and the entire staff was so professional, kind, and friendly throughout the entire event. But what truly blew us away happened at the very end. Knowing how busy hosts get, the staff noticed that my husband and I didnt really get a chance to sit down and eat. Without us eve asking, they prepared take-home trays of food for us to take with us. We were absolutely exhausted and starving, and we truly didn't know what we were going to do for dinner when we got back. That extra touch of thoughtfulness meant the world to us. They went above and beyond, and we highly recommend this Venue for ANY special event.”
“Went there for a Canna Welness Expo was good but thought it wud be bigger since I'm from California and been to many like at the CowPalace in San Francisco CA but it was small and nice”

The event atmosphere felt energetic and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with plenty of displays featuring hunting gear, outdoor equipment, wildlife exhibits, and local vendors. I especially appreciated the variety of attractions available for outdoor enthusiasts, including educational exhibits, demonstrations, and opportunities to learn more about hunting and conservation. The venue itself was spacious, clean, and easy to navigate even during busy times. The staff members and event organizers were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the visit. Everything throughout the event appeared organized and professionally managed. This is definitely one of the most popular outdoor and sporting events in Arkansas and highly recommended for families and outdoor enthusiasts.”

“Rachel was a wonderful host for my daughter’s party. She was friendly, responsive, and answered all of our questions. She went above and beyond to accommodate us! She even helped us to set up which she did not have to do! Very sweet and outstanding professionalism!
The venue is just beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located downtown near the interstate, with added security provided by the Capitol. It’s the ideal spot for any event. “The vibe, the ambience, the food. I don't know where to start. Anyway, THIS place was beautiful. It was an 80th Birthday celebration but you can have your wedding, reception, graduation, any age birthday or whatever. There are dressing rooms off to the side. This was my first time coming here and I'm glad they changed the venue to The Loft 1023. I feel like they're going to be here for a while. Great choice. You should visit their website and check them out for your next gathering, accommodating up to 200 guests.”

“The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The morning breakfast has a good selection. The food was well presented and the dining area is very clean.
The room was very clean and had no broken items. The heat and AC worked well. The bathroom is large and there was plenty of room at the sink. The bed was comfortable and there was ample pillows and blankets.
The hotel is located right by a major highway and there is an ambulance base nearby. This made the room noisy at night. It is near the Arkansas River and Clinton Library, but there is not a lot of dining options within safe walking distance.
I felt the hotel was a excellent value and I will stay again on my next business trip to Little Rock.”

“Always happy with the customer service amongst other things. Rey is there at the front desk to greet you when you arrive with a smiling face. She is always so helpful and knowledgeable about availability. I can't say enough great things about her ,she makes the transaction swift and efficient. The rooms are super clean they smell of a light scent of cleaner that instantly makes you think of home. The rooms are large with a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher , coffee maker, fridge, microwave, cabinet space and a few dishes. I always enjoy my stay here. Thanks Rey .”

“I went on a Monday, so it wasn't busy at all, we had a couple of drinks at the bar and a piece of key lime pie, absolutely wonderful. The staff were so friendly and nice, they even plugged in a fan and pointed it at me when they saw me using a hand fan at the bar. We really enjoyed our time there.”

“My husband and I had a lovely stay! The Hornibrook Mansion (The Empress) is amazing!! The home is beautifully furnished and truly takes one back to another time. I loved reading my book in the library and wandering the common rooms downstairs. Our room upstairs also had a great soaking tub that was perfect for a bubble bath! The king size bed felt luxurious, and the gas fireplace was so cozy. Definitely want to return!”
