She answered my questions about how to best package my returns, she was patient while I scrolled through and found my QR codes and at no point she hurry me! She is a fantastic example of how to best package a professional on a world where courtesy is sometimes lacking. Working with people like hey helps me be a better and more courteous customer.”

“I travel 2 to 3 times a week and I love sending my luggage through fedex to my hotel so I don't have to deal with the airlines. I sent my package luggages to this location overnight. It did not show up. So I walk into location thinking all 3 bags were delivered but only 2. At this point I was pissed....Clyde changed my attitude with the best customer service I experienced at fedex. He took the time to help locate my bag that was missing. He was unable but he contacted fedex for them to reach out. CLYDE did an amazing job just by going an extra step. Kudos...Btw it's not their fault for the delay. Definitely will ship from this location again. Thanks Clyde”

“Wrap right defiantly does it..right! I had a very special item that i needed shipped and this team was able to make it happen for me. I had special instructions to really make sure i got my standee poster safe. They did not disappoint! They went the extra mile to make sure it would not bend and stay straight to wisconsin! They added custom cut wood and wrapped my item incredible. I cant thank you all enough, hope to be back and thank you for treating me good!”
“Ms. Jean was wonderful. I didn't know what I was doing, I was bringing the packages in for my son. She walked me through everything. I had a barcode my son had sent me in a text message. She tried to scan it , but it wouldn't work. She asked me if I knew how to make my phone brighter but I didn't. She showed me how. She was so sweet . I'm seventy three, and I was really impressed with her. I'm not that knowledgeable with everything she did. I wish all employees everywhere were like her. Thank you so much for a nice experience.”

“I am a full-time internet reseller, and I have been to a lot of post offices, and I can tell you without a doubt this is the best one in Central Arkansas. A guy named Brian is the reason. He is 100% amazing and scans all of my packages instantly and properly, and that helps me out so much with keeping buyers happy. I drive a little further just to deal with Brian and be sure everything is done right. Dude is a hard worker and knows his stuff inside and out. I think he's retired military, so he's very professional. If he ever retires I don't know what I will do. Haha!”
