SpringHill Suites Little Rock West is a hotel that offers a comfortable and spacious stay, often praised for its friendly and helpful front desk staff. Many guests are repeat visitors who find the beds comfortable and the showers spacious. The hotel provides amenities including an indoor pool, laundry, all-day coffee, and a fitness room. Breakfast is simple and well-kept, though some guests suggest more healthy options. The rooms are generally clean, and the AC works well.
However, experiences can vary. Some guests have reported issues with room maintenance, such as air conditioning not working well, showers not getting hot, or pillows being uncomfortable. The internet speed is noted as slow, and connecting personal devices to the TV can be difficult. Overall, it is considered a good value for the price, with many guests planning to stay again.

We've stayed here many times. They have great service. Twice, we had problems with rooms: strong odors, and this last stay, the A/C was not working. However, the host was very gracious in helping us switch rooms.
