They’ll take CARE of you even AFTER you purchase your phone (for example: help set up your phone, transition from your old phone to your new phone). I used to go to the AT&T store on Higdon Ferry, NEVER again, all they care about is selling you a phone and if you need assistance afterwards, they’re rude and don’t know how to help you!! I recommend to EVERYONE, visit the AT&T store on Albert Pike/Airport, you won’t be disappointed, they’ll take great care of you. Also, a couple of our military vets work there.”

He was very nice and patient with us throughout the whole process and was very knowledgeable about the phones and the plans that AT&T offers.
