We have used Country Tails for the last 4 years when we take our annual vacation. We’ve always been pleased. We had 3 dogs initially and sadly only one now. They’ve always seemed happy when we pick them up and I’m not sure they’re even ready to leave even though they’re happy to see us. The owner always ask for any special instructions and has always followed them when we had them at times for diet restrictions or such. She’s very accommodating for bedding, toys or food I want to send with my dogs. We absolutely recommend services here for a personal experience as she sends updates and pictures during their stay. This gives me such peace of mind. Unfortunately county or town restrictions don’t allow signage on the road so follow GPS exact or ask for directions before your first stay. I got lost the first time but I’m not good at following GPS. lol Highly recommend her services!!

My daughter found two dogs running into interstate traffic around Social Hill. She brought them to the Arkadelphia clinic to be scanned. Andrew was extremely helpful, even using part of his lunch time to help. Pups are safely home. I would highly recommend the Arkadelphia clinic ( and Andrew) to anyone who has a fur baby in need. Dr. Rucker and Dr. Allen are very knowledgeable and compassionate

Very polite personnel and the facility is always very clean. They listen to the patient, by that I mean, they don't have the doctor is always right attitude. I am very protective of my 3lb demon dog; hence, he's geriatric now and there's some routine shots I no longer want him rcvg, they consented. The clinic is very accommodating.???

I have gone to Dr.Nall for years. He is all about the animals and not overcharging his clients. You get a straightforward viewpoint and expertise....not one to line his coffers. Even after l moved, l drive the miles for my vet care. He has saved me thousands on surgeries and has performed nothing short of miracles for my pets. I try to get everyone l can to go to him for his vet services. He is not into overcharging you for tests and shots. No one is more knowledgeable or competent than him. No frills, no computers and no fancy office updates, just hands-on medical services for your pets.
