“I had the pleasure of working with Jason on designing our home interiors. He is based in the Little Rock location.
He was always very professional and has an expert eye for design. I moved basically into an almost new house. The color the builder had used for the island was not to my liking. I did not want to paint the entire island since it was brand new. After meeting with Jason in the morning to my great surprise he offered to come out to the house (45 minutes from showroom) and brought samples that very day. We picked out all new furniture for large living space along with bar stools that went perfectly with current color of island. We also ordered rugs and full sets of draperies. In addition to new pieces purchased we also already had some existing pieces (dining room chairs) purchased from Ethan Allen years ago.
With Jason's help on fabric we had those chairs and more reupholstered for a real personal touch to our home. My husband and I love everything Jason suggested and would highly recommend him to any client. He is easy going to work with and will listen to your wants while kindly making his suggestions. I give him a total 5 star top rating for his expertise and assistance on our home decor project.”

“I wish I could give two ratings. I'd give a solid 5 stars for customer service, and 3 stars for inventory. I was greeted right away and toured through the store by a very helpful employee. Unfortunately, I didn't get to make a purchase because I couldn't find much that I loved. I'm certain that others might love lots of things, but for my style preferences there were not many items in stock. A good side note: I saw a photograph of an item I did love that is expected to come in soon, and they offered to notify me when it arrives. Again, mark that up too good customer service!”
“My mother bought a bedroom set from them and I loved it! I also went over there found something I liked put it on layaway until I could get an apartment. Paid it off I wasn’t able to find anything they let me keep it there until I was able to get a storage unit they deliver and moved in with no issue! I got a dull Queen furniture set, stand up lamp and living room table and end table for a little over $2000 that was a GREAT DEAL! Definitely had a great experience!”
“I try to avoid big box stores but today had to do it. Staff said "Good morning" with a smile upon her face! +1 I needed only 3 items but had to ask 2 different staff for help finding it,they were both friendly. +1 Got to the register and 2 more staff told me I could avoid waiting in line by coming to their register. +1 Two other staff gave compliments on my outfit. +1 Wow, I've never felt so cared for in a big box store! Atop that the current miserable attitudes found across the customer service sector made this shopping experience fantastic. I was so pleased that even after noticing my clearance item rang up at regular price (+$6), I ain't even mad nor going back to address it. They win! Well done folks, keep rocking that energy!!!”

“I was promptly greeted by Melissa when I first walked in. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately let me to the perfect bed and the perfect dresser. “Im giving a 5 star rating for this location only because its a very well kept store. But some of the employees are JUDGEMENTAL due to the way a customer dress apparently. If you come a little before opening. Some employees assume you came for other than to shop. I was waiting and a white lady came and open the door for another employee. She greeted me kindly amd closed door and locked. Then as she came to place cones outside, while being watched by another employee. Another Guy approached me asking if im waiting to go inside store..i replied yes! Then HE INSISTED I WAIT SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN BY THE DOOR THE LADY JUST OPEN AND CLOSED AND LOCKED...SHE SAW I WASNT A THREAT AT ALL.. BUT THE BLACK GUY ASSUMED I WAS.
