“Candy at the Pike Metro store was so wonderful. Before I went to the store I was so frustrated and depressed, because I couldn't get into my old phone to get my photos. I tried everything and still could not get in it. When I went to the store I talk to Candy and told her what was going on, she said she would try to help, but she wasn't sure if she could do it. She did it she got into my phone and I got my photos back. She's a miracle worker to me! I can't thank her enough!? I have been with Metro for a very long time and I always go to the same store. All the people at the store are really friendly and always very helpful. If you like good service then this is the store to go to.”
“Went in with a billing problem. Krystal helped me with customer service as I am hearing impaired and have trouble even with my hearing aids in. I was very pleased with her help and patience. I hope to be able to come back around the 13th or 14th of September to upgrade and possibly buy an Android pad. I highly recommend her and anyone she trains to give great servoce. “Very clean and well maintained. Because it is a popular store, items get snatched pretty quickly. I find myself having to go to the one on university to get items that are out of stock (thier app is accurate about thier inventory 99% of the time, which is great). The vast majority of workers are very nice and helpful. Hopefully they keep this up!”
“I try to avoid big box stores but today had to do it. Staff said "Good morning" with a smile upon her face! +1 I needed only 3 items but had to ask 2 different staff for help finding it,they were both friendly. +1 Got to the register and 2 more staff told me I could avoid waiting in line by coming to their register. +1 Two other staff gave compliments on my outfit. +1 Wow, I've never felt so cared for in a big box store! Atop that the current miserable attitudes found across the customer service sector made this shopping experience fantastic. I was so pleased that even after noticing my clearance item rang up at regular price (+$6), I ain't even mad nor going back to address it. They win! Well done folks, keep rocking that energy!!!”

“Bought a used washer from here. Got it delivered but it wouldn't spin. Anyway when I got it, they told me it was only a few days of warranty. After I got the washer and it wouldn't work.
