“At a time of uncertain times and businesses suffering - Dawn at First Service Bank took excellent care of me and my business YGFBFKitchen Mobile Food & Catering LLC. I applied with my current bank for the PPP program through the SBA and I heard crickets! Saw an ad on Facebook that First Service Bank was helping members and non-members secure funding I quickly contacted the bank. They answered and was very polite! The rep transferred me to Dawn and she quickly went to action. She took all my information and when the time came for my information to be submitted she quickly acted. It is such a scary time for small businesses and with big banks only focusing on bigger small businesses - I am so appreciative and grateful Dawn at First Service Bank was there to help me try to get back to normal! “UPDATE: I was contacted by an associate that explained that the lady I spoke with was uninformed. She said the bank recently bought another bank, causing a lot of strain on the calls and that they are working on finding a solution.What is going on!? I used to love that, with Centennial, an actual local person would answer my calls, unlike Arvest. However, for a week, all branches have had an INSANE wait time - today, each branch is between 57 and 76 callers ahead of me.This, after someone in France tried to use my card, my card was locked, then closed - all fine. Then, the lady insisted that I go to the branch for a new card. I explained that this account is used for auto-drafting joint bills, and there was another card if I just happened to need it, and 7-10 business days would be perfectly fine for me wait. She assured me again, that it would be much faster at a branch. I explained that I had gotten a card printed from a different bank at the branch, and the quality was unacceptable, that I'd like to just have it mailed. Finally, she asked if I want the same design on the card, I said "yes," she submitted the order. Done. Until the card came in, a completely different design. -_- And here I am, trying to get a new card, with no way to reach someone to reissue my card. This has me so, so very close to closing my account.”

“I've been very happy with Centennial Bank for decades, and both this branch (my current neighborhood) and North Branch (my former neighborhood) have been nothing but helpful and courteous. I particularly like that often the tellers greet me by name as I walk through the door if they're not too busy with other customers. Any time I've had any issues, they've been quick to resolve them, including one time when my accounts were hacked with suspicious charges due to ID theft. They not only took care of it quickly and promptly, opened a new account, froze the old one, AND they kept an eye on the frozen account and called me personally to confirm charges until I was able to finally close it. Mark me a highly satisfied and loyal customer.”

“First Security is a great bank all together, but the Mayflower branch is ABSOLUTELY top tier! Anytime I’ve ever had an issue, and I’ve been banking with them for 5-6 years now, they immediately figured it out and got it fixed, and made sure I understood how it happened so I can avoid it next time! Most of the branches just see you for a face walking in the door, but Mayflower they greet instantly and are over the moon to help! Linda is my main star here, and she never does me wrong and has developed an amazing staff!!”
