“My family had to use the Monticello Walgreens for a rapid covid test for a cruise. Everyone but my wife got their tests done at this location. The pharmacist told us they would ONLY call if the test was positive and we would receive an email for the test results within 3 hours. A few hours later, the pharmacist called to let us know that the Walgreens reporting system went down everywhere, but she could enter it in by hand and email it to us, which she did promptly. Thank you so much for making our testing an easy one. Now the Walgreens in MAUMELLE is where my wife went. She was told 3 hours later, she would receive the results. Long story short, the MAUMELLE Walgreens closed, and never sent her the results, and the morning of the cruise she had to pay at the Port for a rapid test before entering the ship. Thank you again Walgreens in Monticello, the crew in MAUMELLE could learn a lot from your team.”

“Madison has awesome customer service! She went over and beyond to help me! I was asking her about a discount on the app that didn't seem to come up on the register when I was first trying to purchase. She went to her personal app to make sure it was giving the discount correctly. After that, we tried it again, and my app discount showed up. I think I probably didn't give it enough time to add/process the coupon into the system all the way. Either way, Madison is the best! I hope she becomes a manager one day because she will be great at that position. Kudos Madison!!!”
