“I went to one of my local locations on a Saturday, and only went to dispute a fraudulent charge (super easy and simple). Well in the process I asked a few questions I needed to know in order to determine what to do to move forward in my life as my circumstances are the best right now. I got the answers I needed (which by the way if you are worried about losing your account history with the bank for good standing for future loans, have no fear, the account history starts at the first date of creating the account and that's what they look at!), so 2 new accounts created, and a plan on when the close the previous 2 accounts! Marquasia was the absolute best! So very helpful, listened to my nonsense stories and was so sweet the whole time! Best bank ever!”

“Most of the time I get good fast , friendly service . I remember a few years back when my grandmother died and I had p.o.a , they were more then helpful . They did a whole lot more for me than Bank of America ( whom I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy ) Usually , if there is something to complain about , I would say it is the wait time . This seems to be mostly at certain times and days of the week . The problem seems to be not enough tellers at the front counter , or difficult customers that want to argue or do other things to make their jobs more difficult . I feel that maybe some of the stress could be taken off the backs of the tellers by those that I see sitting around behind desk doing what appears to be not much of anything . I feel that during times of rush , it would not hurt them to get up and help at the front counter . no job should be considered beneath them . However , I would still choose this branch over many other local banks .”

“I have never had any problems banking at this location. All staff members have always been very polite and professional with the exception of one staff member I spoke with over the phone she was nice and courteous until she made a very smart remark in a tone that kinda got under my skin when I asked her about trying to move my moms debit card information over to my account under my credentials. Back story: I opened an acct for my mom which as dementia and asked if I could get her acct number info where I could see it in the mobile app or desktop when I’m using these tools. So, I also thought that when we ordered her a debit card I would also see that card information under my acct credentials. So she rudely responded with “you can get a debit card” in a tone that was snotty and belittling cuz I wasn’t aware how all that works out. What she could have done was simply explained to me that since my mom has a debit card in her name, she will need to use her credentials to open up her mobile app or desktop to see her card information instead of respond with the remark she did. All I wanna do is protect my mom and her account with the feature of her card being locked and unlocked, that’s all. I just wish employees of any business would just be kind and courteous and mindful of how they say things and what they say because they never know what’s going on in a person‘s life and they are dealing with and try to be understanding as possible, thank you for reading or listening stay blessed.”

“I am always reluctant to use the video tellers at the branches but had no choice today as I left my debit card at home. But today I made an mild offhand complaint to my teller Xavier Thomas while completing my transaction and he took the time to help me manage and solve the issue I was having. I didn't even think there WAS a solution when I made the complaint but he heard me and gave me the solution. I just wanted to express my thanks for the above and beyond effort!”
