“Absolutely incredible experience with Troy! My husband has bought two pairs of shoes here and has loved them. He's on his feet all day in the service and sales industry. I've been having back pain after working long days standing on my feet too. Troy did the foot analysis and I learned so much about my feet! He was patient with me as I tried on 4 pairs, mixing and matching multiple times to make sure I was comfortable with the ones I was picking. This is our go to shoe store for althetic and everyday comfortable shoes now.”
“Tradehome Shoes are very unique. We were pleasantly surprised when we visited your store. The Assistant Store Manager, Hayden Allen, introduced himself and explained to us that he would help solve our 10 year old problem of finding the right sizes of tennis shoes and sandals for our disabilities.
After trying on many different pairs of shoes and great customer service. Hayden found everything we needed.

“It was my first time to purchase a pair of shoes from the store. I have shopped in here before, but never bought anything because of the lack of attention by staff. Yesterday I met an employee by the name of “Emily” who took time with me and learned of my diabetic feet, peripheral neuropathy, bunions, and the fact that I needed a supportive shoe with a wide toe box. I initially told her I would prefer a black shoe. I have never had such attention to detail as Emily gave me. She was knowledgeable about every shoe in the store. She recommended arch supports, soles to keep me from falling, a wide fit and Had me sit down, try on at least 12 pair of shoes! Granted, I was there in the early afternoon when she and the other coworker were not swamped with people. But I write this, sincere that I have never had anyone care that much!!!! Thank you Emily for working tirelessly with me!!! I walked away with a pink pair of slip on Skechers — With a big smile on my face and meeting all of the criteria, As well as keeping me in the required budget!! I want the owners to know that she went above and beyond the call of her job description, . I plan on returning to see her when I need my next pair.”
“I was helped right away when entering despite it looking very busy. I only briefly told the associate what I was looking for and she pointed me to a rack that was perfect. I found a shoe I liked right away and asked to try it in a couple of sizes. The associate was happy to help and even brought out a couple of other shoes she thought I would like to try based on what I had picked. I got 2 new pairs that I'm really happy with! This associate is really good at reading the customer and it made me feel noticed.”
“I bought a pair of Skechers at another Shoe Carnival location while in Chicago and forgot to keep a copy of the receipt. The shoes start digging into my toes and cutting into my skin. Fortunately the kind staff here were able to do an exchange without a receipt. I settled on a pair of Brooks Revel 8 and couldn’t be happier.”
“What can I say? Who doesn’t love Academy sports they have everything in there. They have all sorts of different sizes types anything that you’re looking for? They have in there. It’s amazing. I would go to Academy sports every time before I check online if I can’t find it in academy sports and then I go online, but I guarantee it’ll be an academy sports.”
